(the pic is on that web page)

This looks like it is puncturing the prostate, is this how it happens? Can the prostate take this?

(EDITED)

Hello MyTurn, 🙂

Your image is not showing on your post. I was only able to get the link because when I went to make a reply there was a small box above your text that I was able to get the link from. But the link is denied when I try to view the picture. Try editing your post and just pasting a correct link to the picture rather than using the "Img" function of this forum. I also recommend that you use the "Preview" function when you post a message here, if you don't already. I always catch all kinds of my own mistakes by doing that. Thanks.

Fixed link. Go to the page as I can't (be bothered to) image-link. It looks like it is hitting the prostate too harshly, compressing it. Can a gland be crushed?

Hello MyTurn, 🙂

Thank you for fixing the link.
I'm no expert on this particular subject. What I know is gathered from the reading I've done in the forum and my own personal experience with Aneros prostrate massager's.

I don't think the picture is accurate as to the how the MGX sits in the rectum, and the angle it is at compared to where the prostrate is. My own experience makes me feel that the picture would be more accurate if the MGX was sitting mostly vertically in the picture. I've never gotten the feeling that my MGX, Helix, and Progasm poke directly with the head into my prostrate. It's definitely a side by side movement. That's what the bumps on the inner part of the curve of the prostrate massager's are for.

From the reading I have done in the forum, I understand that it is possible to damage your prostrate from manual manipulation, whether with fingers or toys, from too much direct pressure against it. I don't believe that the Aneros prostrate massager's do this when used in the intended way of just the anal muscles manipulating it. I know that even with the Progasm, I have to work very hard flexing my PC muscles for my prostrate to push firmly against it. And from what I understand, that's not really the intended way of using it.

I'm sure Rumel and/or B Mayfield will stop by and speak up. As they are much more knowledgeable about this subject than I am.

Love is Peace

MyTurn,

The illustration you linked to is a poor representation of the actual conditions of normal usage. This image from the Aneros HOME page more accurately depicts the real situation.
The tip of the Aneros (while inside the rectum) pushes against the prostate gland. The walls of the rectum are very flexible and elastic, they will easily stretch to accommodate the shape of the Aneros.
The answer to your specific question :”Is the prostate puncturable?” is YES. Like any soft tissue, the prostate and rectum are easily punctured by sharp objects. However there is very little likelihood your Aneros could puncture a healthy rectal wall to directly engage the prostate.

Thanks guys.

BTW, I was going to use that Aneros homepage pic too, as I wondered if my MGX with its thinner body was capable of engaging like that Helix? is doing in the pic. I have had 2 non-expectant sessions (well, really, I couldn't go to town with it coz mum is next door, but I have Friday off work with a free house. I will try another "mini session" tonight though. Too enthusiastic!) but now when I look at the MGX, I have to wonder if it will fit a 6 foot 4 man. Will it hit the prostate that good?

Ah! the benefit of great graphics over patchworks! Thanks rumel, and great pertinent comments as always!

MyTurn, I'm 6'-4&1/2" and my MGX has been my ticket to ride!!! Should work fine size-wise.

all the best on your journey
