Is the Aneros any help with dry orgasm and penile implant?

I'm not a doctor. This is just my opinion. Pleasure from prostate stimulation is like being ticklish. Some people are, and some people aren't. Some people will tell you what wonderful orgasms they have from the aneros. Much better than a normal orgasm. Personally after years of use with almost every single model I have not had that experience.

What do you have to lose? I don't know what a penis implant is exactly but assume you don't feel anything pleasureable there? As for having orgasms during intercourse, you can have orgasms at any time once you have some experience with aneros. But as @jja2 says each man is different.
