Is it possible? I live in a house with my family and don't want to be heard screaming. Is there a way to stop it?

@secretuser,

can you clarify? do you already have an aneros, and are you already screaming? or is this something you are wondering about for the future.

if you are already screaming, then, you know the answer yourself. either you can stop it or you can't.

i sometimes have to be quiet and have been able to do it. on the other hand, if nobody is home, and i can go at it, i'm likely to have a better session.

if you are a newbie, wondering about it, then i'd say getting to the screaming level is not that common, and probably a ways into the future, so don't let that stop you from getting started.

I started about 6 months ago. At times, I feel like something big is about to happen. And I get the urge to let out loud screams, but I have to sort of hold it back and it kills the pleasure I'm having. The one time I did it when nobody was home, I let out involuntary screams and it made me have p waves. I just was wondering if I eventually made it to a super o (I am close) if I will be able to keep myself from being super loud. Thanks.

Exhale loudly or issue a "silent scream" from the back of your throat. The problem waves were likely from the force of air expulsion through the abdomen.

I live in an old flat with thin walls so I don't scream but I do moan.....breath and focus on the breath and when you are alone scream the roof off

I find that my moaning really is involuntary. It comes when it wants to come. I have not gotten to the screaming stage yet but I warned my wife! I would really not try to "stifle" anything at this stage. You have to keep the mind open for possibilities and stifling a moan would, I think, be counter-productive.

If you are lying on your back or your side, then put a pillow over your face, and scream into the pillow. It muffles your screams. If you're on on your stomach, do the same thing -- scream into the pillow or mattress. I find that my level of arousal is enhanced by deep moaning. I do get pretty loud, and we have a family, so my wife has to "hush" me sometimes. In short, I find that vocalizations enhance the experience.

Every person is different. The handful of times that I've had a superO, I have been silent. Not everyone is a screamer.

Best is to listen to white noise while doing a seasion.This filters al the noise around you and make you relax. (use in ear-ears or headphones to block other sounds)

This helps me to not focus on my breathings and enjoy more the feelings.
this might help for the screams aswell

coincidentally, last night i had to have a rare no-sounds session. usually my wife is downstairs. she knows i find it embarrassing to be heard moaning, etc. but last night she was upstairs too.

i had a perfectly outstanding session. there were times i had to "scream," but i did it by desperately covering my mouth with a pillow, and using powerful exhales instead. the main sound i had to control was the involuntary hyperventilating.

no problem!

indeed, i had my most intense auto-fuck ever. the depth and frequency were like from full pelvic thrusting and ass mashing, not a quiet gentle fuck like i've had before.
