Has anyone else experienced this? After using Aneros for a while now I’m able to have an o without any stimulation on my own, or sometimes they happen unexpectedly.... I’m just trying to find out if this is a normal thing.

@Mitch67 , my Aneros exposure started in Jan 2016 and I never experienced what you described above.  My only comment is, GREAT FOR YOU!  I'm always happy to read other member's good results; I find it inspiring and makes me appreciate my own journey even more!

Life is wonderful!

That is very normal. Once you really figure out how it happens you can have an orgasm when ever you want. I'm still in the partly figuring it out state as I need to be in the zone first than if I concentrate carefully I can get there.

Yes, I have experienced Anerosless orgasms just from using my intent which can trigger the anal/rectal contractions characteristic of orgasms. I can also instigate these mini-orgasms by consciously flexing my anal sphincter muscles. I would characterize this ability as completely within the typical ability of most Aneros users. But, let's be careful about using the word 'normal' here as it implies that anything which doesn't fit the current context is 'abnormal', which isn't necessarily true either. Having Anerosless orgasms is within the normal range of experience for an Aneros user, it just may not be typical for all users.

Good Vibes to You!

Hey @mitch67, congrats! I‘d say you reached a milestone, other men are still searching for.

After all you must not feel alone. What you described is my every morning wake up, all day long and go to sleep pleasure, meanwhile at command. If it gets annoying, speak to your gland, tell it, you need a time out. At the beginning it may become a bit overwhelming but drinking a lot of water and leading the energy to your heart already by laying your hand on that body region can comfort you. Most of us  call it Aless (Aneros-less pleasure) and you can find a lot reading matter about this topic in my blog and searching the wiki and the forum.

Good vibes! Mart

That started for me about a year ago when I was laid up with a broken leg and no toys to play with.

I will get flutters and spasms, especially when my legs are together or on my side with knees drawn up.

It seems to be more prevalent after I’ve had a go with the helix or Njoy, which I did last night. I woke at least three or four times with it.

I think they are getting stronger lately, so maybe the “rewiring” is happening slowly for me. I’ve been at this for some 20 months now without the big O.
