Involuntary Contractions Without Aneros. Now what?

Any input anyone has about this would be greatly appreciated.

I started using a Helix Syn in January. At first I was using it about every other day, but within the past two months I've averaged only about once per week. I'm not sure if I've achieved Super-O yet, but I have had lots of involuntary muscle contractions, and some pretty intense sensations that feel as though they have originated in my prostate. About 3 weeks ago, I started having involuntary muscle contractions when I would masturbate without the Aneros, along with what feel like pleasurable sensations from my prostate. Even right now as I'm typing this my legs are shaking periodically.

I'm sure others have dealt with this, and I'm just wondering what it's like for them. Does anyone have any advice about how to guide these sensations, and perhaps channel the random leg shaking into something else? Is that even the right question to be asking?

Thanks,
-Gephrey

Does anyone have any advice about how to guide these sensations, and perhaps channel the random leg shaking into something else? Well it sounds like you've fully awakened your prostate and now it is ready to enliven your every waking moment with erotic energy coursing through your body. This is a good thing, it has the potential to enrich every aspect of your life, not just your sexual functioning. At first this continual body energy flow may seem confusing or even disturbing, but know this, it will lessen in time. You will accept this as part of your everyday existence and quietly enjoy the pleasure of knowing what is on tap for you when you wish to enjoy it more fully.

Obviously while masturbating you are deliberately intending to open the channels of erotic energy for the pleasure to flow. If you think of your muscles as conduits for some of that energy then the shaking is the result of a lot of energy passing through small channels causing vibrations as the energy tries to rapidly flow through, not unlike small pipes trying to handle large volumes of fluids. Learning to relax your muscles at these times is like expanding the diameter of the pipes, lowering the pressure, allowing the flow rate to decrease and easily handling the volume of fluid (energy), the shaking stops. This allows the energy to flow freely, then you may be able to use your mind's intent to direct some of this energy to other parts of your body for healing or pleasure purposes.
Good Vibes to You !
