hello! please help! i canot start the involuntaries (autofuck).....any tips,methods??

@tanja00, Did you bother to read the introductory PM I sent you when you first joined? It contained numerous links to information resources and some hints and tips to get you going here. Please, take the time to do some extensive reading and follow through on the linked information. There is a wealth of information contained in those linkages which, if followed, will save you much frustration and wasted time on your learning journey. It will also save you from asking oft repeated and vague generalized questions.
