I am trying to sort out what happened to me today...
I have been working pretty steadily on the Aneros Program to the Land of Oz...from periods of having a "session" everyday to a few days apart but a steady effort where I have 2-3 hours to relax, focus, and an open-ended time frame. Also, I try to not ejaculate and pick up where I left off the next time, with no ejaculation between sessions.
I find that on my back with a pillow under the small of my back/buttocks works best with my legs & feet resting on a stack of pillows. Same as sitting in a chair but on my back. I used to have my legs pulled up with my feet flat which worked really well but I could not focus because my legs would want to "open up" and the muscle strain kept me from relaxing.
I have been working on differentiating the sphincter and PC muscles. Over time, it has been a bit amazing what happens as one identifies them, they strengthen, and one gains more control over them.
I have a Classic, MGX, and Helix. I have been using the Helix only as of late.
What I have been exploring is contracting the sphincter (rectal?) muscle until I contact what I believe to be the prostrate, then I contract the PC muscle. Once I feel the pressure from the PC muscle, I stop and just apply slight pulses of pressure by contracting the PC muscle further and as steadily as possible, pressure and timing.
My body's responses in the past (this has only happened 3 times) has been a "tightening" in the groin area, SMALL spasms in my legs and arms, quickened breathing, my penis feels firm but is limp, slight spasms of the PC muscle which could also be fatique or losing control due to fatique.
Today, I got the spasms in my legs and arms, quickened breathing, a LOT of tightness in the groin, my penis raised up vertical and it got firm (still spongy a bit) even though it felt like "granite", both the PC muscle and the sphincter were spasming which has never happened before.
I found the whole experience interesting and unique but not necessarily pleasurable. It just "was". No waves or warm fuzzy feelings. What pleasure there was coming from my penis which was like all the nerve endings were on "FULL SPEED" but nothing came down the "chute".
So, what was this? Involuntaries? Muscle spasms due to fatique? Me off on some track that is unrelated to the journey to the Land of Oz?
The after effects is a slight headache and some "soreness" in the prostrate area.
BTW, I have been trying KSMO a little and feel REALLY silly but am trying to keep an open mind.
Am I on the right track or "side-tracked"?

Virg,
I see what you mean. We both have a similar set of questions. I evolved to the same position as you have by the way. Sometimes I use an on the stomach approach but with legs bent up. Either position gets "shudders" and "quakes" going from butt thru thighs. And, I am focusing on the Helix as well.
I had also used the non ejaculate approach as you are using but concluded that the sexual tension started to outweigh the ability to relax ...... so I clean the pipes twice a week.
By the way, I went back and reread your "crazy muscle" thread and I also have never had precum and wondered about my having a prostate as well. But, my doctor does a check annually and sends me home....so I assume the prostate is there. But, the question I have for you is ... have you just started getting "shakes"? If so, I don't think it is non Aneros related like muscle tension but is a good signpost for you on the road to an "o". Also, in your case do you have any non Aneros experiences...or rewiring taking place? That would be positive as well. Maybe comment on that. I still get a "buzzing" in and out of sleep without the Aneros .. but Aneros produced I am sure. Trying to use words to describe an individual experience is difficult here. Shakes, buzzing, P-wave, Mini-o, Quakes, etc. Like trying to describe the color yellow.
And, I also downloaded the KSMO MP3 audio. Followed the KSMO protocol for a few times. Tried Slightest Touch as well. But, then decided I was spread too thin and wanted to give my full attention and time to one approach...Aneros. One reason for picking the Aneros approach is I really believe in this forum and the mutual assistance taking place.
From my thread you can see my interest....not in those that are favored by the gods with success right out of the box....but in knowing from the 12 month folks if they simply popped into "o" s or did some effect(s) happen prior to the "o". And, did they do something different?
Yes yes....I know that we should just relax with no expectations. And, everybody is different. But, if there is any interesting feedback from others....it might be useful.
Good luck in your travels!
I see what you mean. We both have a similar set of questions.
Indeed, we do. I am just trying to find the "meat" among all the "jello". There has to be a main, common thread to the "process"...
I evolved to the same position as you have by the way.
Interesting.
Sometimes I use an on the stomach approach but with legs bent up.
Bent at the knees or at the hips somehow? The position thing is another component that is hard to sort out as to what "works" and what do not
Either position gets "shudders" and "quakes" going from butt thru thighs.
Are those the "involuntaries" I am wondering about?
And, I am focusing on the Helix as well.
It does seem to work better that the earlier verisions.
I had also used the non ejaculate approach as you are using but concluded that the sexual tension started to outweigh the ability to relax ...... so I clean the pipes twice a week.
Twice a week. That's discipline.
By the way, I went back and reread your "crazy muscle" thread and I also have never had precum and wondered about my having a prostate as well.
I have read a lot about guys having precum by the buckets and never about someone that has none. It does make one wonder about the health of the organ, and if there is a realtionship between that aspect of it's function and sucess with Aneros. I have been told that precum from the prostrate and the Cowper's gland. on my list to research...
But, my doctor does a check annually and sends me home....so I assume the prostate is there.
Same here.
But, the question I have for you is ... have you just started getting "shakes"?
Yes.
If so, I don't think it is non Aneros related like muscle tension but is a good signpost for you on the road to an "o".
I hope so. I know it is Aneros related...my question is whether it is related the path to the Big "O" or just a muscluar response to the efforts to find it.
Also, in your case do you have any non Aneros experiences...
Hard to say...fluddering ears..., hair turning green..., eyes in the back of my head..., twitching eyelids... Hard to say what is DIRECTLY related to Aneros. The only thing that I have noticed is occasional spasms on the right side of my stomach from my abdomen to my chest. Weird, huh?
or rewiring taking place?
There is another one! "Re-wiring"! Another one of those vague, nebulous aspects of "Aneros at work" but seems outside common sense and does not fit normal medicial thought. What do you think? Am I all wet here?
That would be positive as well. Maybe comment on that.
The only thing I can say is the stomach spasms I mentioned and low grade headaches after a "session".
I still get a "buzzing" in and out of sleep without the Aneros .. but Aneros produced I am sure. Trying to use words to describe an individual experience is difficult here. Shakes, buzzing, P-wave, Mini-o, Quakes, etc. Like trying to describe the color yellow.
You have that right!
And, I also downloaded the KSMO MP3 audio. Followed the KSMO protocol for a few times.
What did you think of that? Hear a lot of good stuff on the forums but it seems a bit silly. If the Key SOUNDS are the key, why not just listen to a recording? Seems if this was so powerful, it would be a LOT more mainstream than it is...[/I}
Tried Slightest Touch as well.
[i:migrated]Looks very interesting but I think it adds another piece of the puzzle that one is dependent on.
But, then decided I was spread too thin and wanted to give my full attention and time to one approach...Aneros. One reason for picking the Aneros approach is I really believe in this forum and the mutual assistance taking place.
I agree with all that. Fewer components means fewer huddles to master. I think the forum is great but there are times when talking to someone in the same boat is good. Why don't you respond to my email address and I will tell you some "off the record" thoughts. I think Aneros could do a better job with information and factural data. Their lack of "hard data" makes me question the science behind the Aneros product. The Aneros does work, at least for a percentage of users, but I think there are a lot of questions that should be answered.
From my thread you can see my interest....not in those that are favored by the gods with success right out of the box....but in knowing from the 12 month folks if they simply popped into "o" s or did some effect(s) happen prior to the "o". And, did they do something different?
Totally agree. There are a LOT more of us that live in the "Aneros World of Gray" than in the "land of Oz". This should not be this HARD to figure out! All this almost "mysterical" elements of this "journey" gets a little thin. This is about nerves and muscles and so on...
Yes yes....I know that we should just relax with no expectations. And, everybody is different. But, if there is any interesting feedback from others....it might be useful.
Good luck in your travels!
[I}I am open to anything also that will help clarify this process. Good luck to all![/I}
Virg,
…your getting the shakes is, in my opinion, very good and on the road to the “o”.
…your non Aneros Abdomen shakes is also very good and shows your body is developing. Also my opinion.
..just had a great MGX session with one hour of pronounced involuntaries from the waist down to inlcude the butt, anal, and thighs. Usually just have the "shakes" or "quivering". With more force and pulling this time, I would see these as "involuntaries". First good activity with the MGX!
..sent you an email.
Sounds like you are on the right road. Maybe we both are. No racing in the hallways!

Hey Guys!
I think the re-wiring expression, I use it too, is just kinda like a sign-post along the way??? You don't feel anything, you just use it as a designator of "at what point you started getting the O's"(Mini's, then Super O's)...
All of the sudden, (doing the same ole stuff I have always been told to do) I just had a mini, then soon after...multiple mini's, then mini's and a super O and eventually all kinds of O's, including an occasional anal O! (all this in the same month!) When you start getting some action, it's suddenly all happening in fairly rapid succesion! Finally!!! (I couldn't believe it! It was like a dream or something???)
But, I started calling the point where I started having success "the point where I considered myself re-wired"... Hard to explain, but you
guys are on the same path I was and may be there sooner thatn you think???
No Warning! Out of No-Where!
Hang in there Guys!
Later, Hlaser
hlaser,
Many thanks for your encouragement! It sounds like you had a magic month of progress with the Aneros.
Probably a little semantics, but I think of "rewiring" as parallel non Aneros effects. For example, I get "buzzing" throughout the body without the Aneros especially during or coming out of sleep. And, although I think this is "good", on the right road and a sign that the body is adjusting to the Aneros, it is not any signal that an "o" is just around the corner. Could be one day or it could be 8 months.
Enjoying the trip so far.

I have been using the MGX for 10 months and the Helix, recently bought, for three months. So far- no success. I have been getting full body shakes and extended anal involuntary pulsating for 10-20 mins on-end when I use the aneros, but I feel absolutley NO PLEASURE whatsoever when these involuntaries and shaking come. I don't know what to tell you about your experiences. When I started to get contractions and shaking in my limbs, I thought "Wow! This must be it- I'm on my way!" But, alas, nothing has changed for months and months and months. Just another boring aneros session, rhythmic breathing with a piece of hard white plastic stuck up my rear... I found myself reading the forum everyday, overanalyzing my every technique- looking for SOME sort of key as to what I was doing wrong. Believe me, I've tried everything (positions, contractions, sleeping, the slightest touch, porn, doing nothing etc, etc...) I've just decided to lay off the whole thing for a while. I'll go back to using the aneros after 1-2 months, otherwise its just too time consuming. I mean, if its rubbing my prostate as its supposed to, why do I feel nothing? So frustrating...
qwer1234,
I went back and read your previous posts.....and can see both your efforts and frustration. Can I ask what your most successful position is so far...the one that puts you into the shakes?
Also, do you feel any non Aneros effects (rewiring)?
Wow, sure seems like your should be entering "O" land with your efforts, time, and techniques.
Hope to see you break thru.
Tripper
Hey Guys!
Just like to add one other possible solution???
What seems to have helped others in your situation is to add the KSMO practice to your efforts!
It can be found on multiples.com and the cost for the seminar on DVD is about $29 on the site and I got mine for $19.95 on Amazon.com??? This also allows full-access to their excellent web site and great Forum...
I am enjoying it myself and it is ramping-up my sessions quite well!
Just a thought???
Later, Hlaser
Well, I had an interesting day today...
As I said at the beginning of this thread, it is a bit of a mystery but Tripper's, and other, comments make me believe I am on the right track...
Today I used the MGX rather than the Helix.
So, feeling positive, I had another session today and had the same experience again and more! Rapid breathing, shaking arms and legs, my head was quivering this time, involuntaries with the sphincter and PC muscles, intense tightness in the groin with my penis feeling totally hard but was totally limp. This time it went on a lot longer - 10-15 minutes but it seemed way longer. The other difference was when I would totally relax my sphincter and every muscle in my body...my anus would be pulsing even though I utterly relaxed. Very different.
At the peak, the involuntaries with my sphincter changed from short rapid twitching to contractions that pulled the Aneros in as far as possible to pulling out to the relaxed position. This went on and on and would take about a second each way - two seconds "round" trip... It felt really good - the rubbing the full length of the prostrate/Aneros, nerves on full on my penis, tightness in the groin - but no "Shazzam" or shock wave or what I would call an orgasm.
I tried for a few hours after to recreate it, and got close, but I think my muscles were too tired - less control and not as strong.
I finally decided to stop when I was kindof close to "it" again and my penis felt really "charged". I kept up my massaging and pressing on my prostrate, and pulled on my penis, right under the head, with just my fingertips. I was totally soft, started cumming in 10-20 seconds, and stayed soft until the end. Not the the Big "O" but pretty intense.
Some observations...
The biggest factor in my progress is strengthened sphincter and PC muscles. I have been using the Helix because I have been able to do things with it that had never happened before. The MGX has never been a good "fit" but I used it today since another Helix fan had a good session with his MGX. I have SSSOOOOOOOO much more control! I am moving that MGX around like a laser pen, whereas, weeks/months back it felt like a railroad tie! Muscle tone is HUGE with the Aneros!
Finally, tiny, tiny movements and tiny, tiny amounts of pressure, applied and released, over and over, gently...that is the key, as least for me... When you rub the prostrate, back and forth, or press and release pressure, notice the little hints of pleasure when the pressure is the slightest... Focus on that spark and enjoy the build-up. You get better and better the more you practice this...
Hope this helps. Do not give up! Practice and patience...
Virg,
You are six days from a super-O.
Tripper
Huh? You got a crystal ball, Obe Wan?
Another session today...not as successful as yesterday. I think the muscles are a bit tired since they were hard to contract, especially the PC. Plus, I think I used too much lube. Going to take a break and give everything a rest.
I did notice a slight sensation around the perineum area. It is not warmth or hopping nerve endings... Just kindof "numb"... Things going the wrong direction there...
Since this thread is about "muscles", that is my latest observation.
Also, the penile nerves getting happy around the peaks of the involuntaries, is REALLY distracting. I suspect the beginnings of the Big "O" are internal.
Anyone want to comment on what it feels like in the beginning?
Virg,
You are certainly on the winning track! Everything you are saying is pretty much what happens and how it feels. You just have to spend time with experimenting, going with all the different sensations, invols, and shaking etc. You are the only one who can make everything happen for a successful, or multiple orgasms. This whole journey is one big trip getting to know your body and how we can get so much pleasure from using the stimulators. You hear this all the time, but it's so true. Take it all slow and try not to get frustrated. When you don't suspect anything the big one will arrive. Let the fun and good times come......Peace, Nood
