Involuntaries. Now what?

So, the other day I tried something different. Instead of doing rhythmic contractions, I just did one contraction and held it for a very long time. Eventually, the muscles got tired and began to twitch rapidly. Like very rapidly. All I did after it started was hold a slight contraction and it just continued pulsing in and out. I was hoping it would build up to something intense but the pulsing just continued. I could probably make it happen again, but what should I do after it begins? I read that involuntaries are the first step to a Super-O. It's taken 7 years to get this far

I've done this with great results. There is no set pattern or formula for contractions (regardless of what others may say). Just do what works for you! I have had success with extremely weak contractions (what I call "whisper contractions"). Sometimes "reverse kegels" work well. Other times, I do contractions in sync with the bass beat of some music I am listening to. When the involuntary contractions start, sometimes I fantasize about anal pleasures (without getting too specific). The possibilities are endless!

Enjoyed reading this. Helps to hear other's personal experiences to know little tricks and things to possibly expect. Can't wait to get mine!

i'd close your eyes and focus on the sensations around where that twitching is. maybe see if you can notice a dull ache, or maybe focus on your breath and see if it can sync up nice and long breaths with the involuntary twitching which when you relax and slow down a bit and focus could turn into something more like involuntary contractions.
