I usually adopt the normal positions and have pretty ok results. So lying on bed, legs apart, knees up etc.
If i put my legs down flat my internal anal muscles and involutnary movements/spams go BATSH!T insane, i mean a mile a minute, like its out of freaking control. If i put my legs together it gets TEN times worse.
The issue is there is NO pleasure when i do this! bu my legs get tired holding them up, i so want to let them down, but why do i get this happening? why is there no pleasure at all? its actually not that nice tbh!
@The_Fury A couple of things come to mind. How often are your sessions? And what Aneros are you using?
When you say your "legs get tired holding them up" do you mean your feet are off the floor/bed along with your legs? Or are you resting your feet on the floor/bed, and this also makes your legs tired? I know you're saying if you "put your legs down flat" and that sounds like you're laying on your bed on your back with legs outstretched.
Just wanting some clarity to lend a hand of advice or help!
Also, how slow or gentle are your involuntaries when your legs are "up"? Are they enough to provoke orgasms?
When involuntaries go batshit crazy for me, it is very intense and sometimes its so intense I want it to end! But it also feels like something good is going to come from it--like once the involuntaries end, there will be something that will happen at the end. Like this wild ass autofucking is going lead to something. And when it's intense AF like that, it usually does end and create either a huge dry O or a Super O. If your body is causing involuntarys to happen I would suggest just going with it and relax into them. I had a similar reaction where my abs and especially legs would flutter and spasm. There was really no pleasure, it was more of an oddity and was distracting at best. I just took them as an indication that I needed to relax more and ignore them. This did the trick and I don't experience this quaking and spasm of legs/abs much anymore. Like suggested above the involuntaries you are experiencing may not be pleasurable now, but may develop into something that is if you don't get in the way and let them do their thing. My suggestion is ignore and go with it.

My legs gets achy and sore when i hold them like this after a while, like 5 mins or so. so if i lie flat, legs go down on the bed totally (like sleeping) my ass goes nuts and the aneros too and its awful. Its so hard to relax into them though, so hard! but I will try.
Plus if my legs dont get tired that position above makes me fall asleep, lying on my back! its weird.
My legs USED to get achey and sore, but they no longer. I think you build muscle over time to hold them up longer and it becomes more automatic. I think giving it time will be the best thing. @The_Fury
