inserting correctly?

Small question concerning inserting Helix. Does the sphincter have to close behind the last bulge at the smallest part against the handle? Seems not the right way since the abutment tab is really pressing hard into the perineum at this point. what inserting depth is correct as to hit the right spot?

Not past the last bulge. The last bulge should be outside. Just let the helix go in as far as it wants to. It will settle where it's supposed to.
