I want it to stop but it won't stop contracting

I had my first prostate orgasm two days ago after doing a bit of reading online through external stimulation of my perineum and my fingers internally
(I haven't actually used an aneros but the community here seems to have gone through similar experiences so I was hoping maybe I could get some help)

The problem is that ever since then, tension in my prostate feels like it's constantly building up wherever I go or whatever I do (without any stimulation) which can eventually lead to a "mini orgasm" of what I felt the first time; I can stop it by readjusting myself occasionally to a position that doesn't put as much tension on the prostate, but it'll come back within a few minutes.

It's becoming really tiring and I find it hard to get to sleep and I can't seem to get my mind off it
It's very frustrating as I'm 18(M) and I get this feeling even when I'm out with friends, sitting over a lunch or maybe reading a book and it makes me lose focus.

I really want it to stop because it's just getting in the way of my whole life and I'm starting to get quite worried if this will be a permanent thing.
So I was wondering firstly if this is normal at all? If so, how long would it be until it subsides?
Is there anything I can do to go back to the way I was before (or at least not feel like there's constant tension building up)?

Sorry I'm not actually an aneros user, but it seemed that these forums were my best chance of help since there isn't much info about this.

I'd really appreciate any help that anyone could give!

@Tristanny123 , It certainly sounds from your description that you have successfully awakened your prostate. Although I am still a newbie I want to reassure you that what you are feeling is normal and many of us have had similar experiences. I too have had some sleepless nights and worried if I would ever get "back to normal". After about two weeks I learned to understand the new feelings and sensations, let go of the worry and allow my body to do what it can do naturally. Now I am able to get to sleep as I use to and wake up to some wonderful orgasms before starting my day. If the excitement and energy build up too much I find that a traditional masturbation session will provide relief. Since everyone is different this might not work for you. I'm sure the experienced members of the forum will have more advice for you. Best wishes for you and your new journey.

I completely agree with @OntheJourney 's response. You've awakened your prostate and that little organ isn't going to go back to sleep. How your ego adjusts to this new state of awareness is the real issue for you now.

So I was wondering firstly if this is normal at all? If so, how long would it be until it subsides?

Yes, it is very normal, many Aneros users report of similar sensations following their own prostate awakenings. We even have a term for it called 'butt buzz' (see the Aneros WIKI Glossary). Depending upon your attitude, the perplexing nature of this new sensual awakening may only be a matter of days for you to come to accept this new state of being. For most Aneros users this acceptance comes rather quickly and is readily integrated in their day to day life, it is often viewed as a unexpected gift side effect of the Aneros journey, a welcome response they can enjoy nearly anywhere and at any time when they so choose. It is the very perception of these sensual delights which reinforce our appreciation of what it means to be alive. It is impossible to predict how long it will take for you to come to this acceptance but the longer you focus on this as a distraction the longer it will probably take. My best advice is to just carry on with your normal activities as best you can whilst acknowledging those sensations as loving expressions from your body to your mind.

Is there anything I can do to go back to the way I was before (or at least not feel like there's constant tension building up)?

You can't un-ring that bell ! Over time we can inure ourselves to many things and you will be able to do this as well. You can't re-write your own personal history, none of us can, but you can reframe any and all past perceptions from a different mental vantage point which can alter your memory trom annoyance to acceptance or even to pleasure. What you have awakened is not a bad thing, hopefully you will soon see the value of the gift nature has bestowed upon you.
Good Vibes to You !

I began using Aneros months ago and had a few pleasant sensations but nothing spectacular. I was disappointed and almost gave up completely. Fortunately I stuck with it and patience prevailed. Earlier this year I had my first prostate orgasm. It was different, exciting, weird, incomprehensible and mind blowing. Thinking back it was a dry orgasm, not a Super-O. The following day I was at work and I noticed an increased energy level. I had no idea why I was feeling this way. It was distracting. I had what rumel referred to as "butt buzz". At that time I had not read much of the forum and was in the dark about what to expect so I can relate to your recent experience. My worries were eased as I searched the forum for information and advice. Many thanks to rumel and the other experienced people for their guidance and encouragement. When your mind is at ease you can appreciate these new experiences and look forward to discovering the potential of your body. Best regards.

Hi @Tristanny123, welcome to the forum. Your new perpetual contractions and tension in your prostate show that the Aneros is working for you. Try to enter into them by doing some Kegels and see what happens. I have done this myself with lots of pleasure ensuing.
