Hello everyone, I have the problem
that I just can't get to the point
of having that great orgasm. My
prostate starts humming and pulsing
but then it doesn't go on. I can
do what I just want to do nothing
or do slight contractions.
Everything I have tried does not
help me. I've also tried different
positions like lying on my back,
lying on my stomach, or lying on
my side with my knees bent.
My problem is when I want to relax
I try to push the helix down
slightly. That is very difficult
for me because I cannot hold out
this constant pressure to
the outside.
Or am I doing this
wrong? I would be very happy about
every tip, no matter how small.
When your prostate starts working by
itself what do you do?
Will the super orgasm come by
itself at some point or do you
still have to do something?
I have the problem that I just can't get to the point of having that great orgasm.
Patience, Patience, Patience. Please re-read my previous responses to your queries.
Everything I have tried does not help me.
There is no magic formula for getting to the Super-O, you just need to keep trying different techniques to find the combination that unlocks the Super-O door. Your body is responding to the stimulation, you just need to allow it to continue the energy buildup without imposing expectations. Accepting what your body gives you and being thankful for any pleasure you do receive should be your goal.
My problem is when I want to relax I try to push the helix down slightly.
Try just the opposite, try sucking your Aneros in and holding it there until muscle fatigue sets in and involuntary contractions occur.
Or am I doing this wrong?
Please re-read my previous response to this question.
When your prostate starts working by itself what do you do?
Allow it to continue, don't try to make it go faster or slower, don't try to make it more or less intense. Try to get your ego out of the scenario and adopt the objective observer perspective of the unfolding event.
Will the super orgasm come by itself at some point or do you still have to do something?
The Super-O will occur of its own accord, you can't force it to happen but you can certainly do many things to thwart it from happening.
Good Vibes to You!
So when the prostate starts to
vibrate I hold slight contractions
until the fluttering turns into a
super orgasm.
Did I understand that
correctly? Should the contractions
with the PC muscle be permanent or
do I have to let go again in between?
How long does it take for you to
then turn into a super orgasm? Then
what happens at that moment?
How does that feel because I don't know
the yes yet.
So when the prostate starts to vibrate I hold slight contractions until the fluttering turns into a super orgasm. Did I understand that correctly?
Understand that the fluttering is part of your orgasm. Whether it escalates in intensity or not is impossible to predict. In one session it may never escalate further than pleasurable sensations so just enjoy those sessions for what they are and don't think about what they aren't. The Super-O will most likely find you when you are not expecting it, so stop trying to make it happen, just allow your body to produce sensations. As you try various techniques, make mental note of the subtle differences in sensations each technique produces. Keep building your repertoire and you will make progress to higher levels of orgasmic pleasure.

Please read @B_Mayfield 's post AROUSAL AND GENERATING SENSATIONS WITH ANEROS for some tips on working with contractions and breathing. It is really about you finding a pattern which works for you, whether it be start-stop, hold, totally relaxed or whatever, you need to find the rhythm which works for you, I can't predict that any one technique is going to work, it is usually a combination which build to orgasmic levels.
How long does it take for you to then turn into a super orgasm?
That's impossible for me to predict, most often I don't even enter into what I consider the Super-O zone, perhaps 5% of my Anerosessions will have a Super-O, perhaps 70% will have dry-O's and about 25% will just be enjoyable prostate massage sessions. I don't fret about whether I have orgasms or not because I always get some enjoyment and isn't that really the point?
Then what happens at that moment? How does that feel because I don't know the yes yet.
For me, there is no distinguishable moment when I transition into the Super-O zone. I'm so focused on enjoying the sensations of the ride that the slide into a higher intensity experience is seamless, effortless and unconsciously directed by my body. You may only know it after the fact.
Good Vibes to You!
Thank you so much for help.
Today I had something strange.
I once did a session without the
aneros.
I put my right hand on my
pubic bone and strange things
started to happen. Immediately I
noticed a tingling sensation in my
prostate.
I was very happy about the
sensations and enjoyed it with
slight contractions. Since I didn't
have any aneros in me, I was very
astonished.
After about 20 minutes
I had several orgasms that were
similar to the penis orgasm. My
penis was rock hard and I didn't
ejaculate.
A miracle has happened.
I've never had anything like this
with aneros. What was going on?
Congratulations on your progress.

No young man,it was not a miracle. It was A-Less.
Great job ! As @helghast said, that's A-Less, or Aneros-Less, basically experiencing the same sensations you could expect to reach with the toy at some point, but with nothing inserted. Why some people find success that way first, before getting the Aneros to work, who knows? What's important is that you got there, I suggest you keep experimenting without the device, but come back to it from time to time to see how things evolve.
@helghast, I think your wife was into something, what was it, don't try to do Aless with the Aneros? So if you find success with Aless first, that would possibly mean you're contracting right but too strongly and locking the toy in place? Lack of range of motion? What's your take?
She said I contracted way too hard on the toys, with too much purpose. She explained that there was a space during A-Less that’s now filled with a toy and I needed to adjust my contractions to work within the tighter space.
Maybe he was contracting too hard with his toy,but without,it’s just right. Or maybe the toy is a poor fit for his anatomy.
Looking back i thought A-Less was easier to learn.

Might be for some, I think you said it yourself at some point, maybe you started with a stronger pelvic floor and core muscles from weight training, and a stronger mind-muscle connection ? Clearly some lifestyles/habits will make the Super-O easier to get to, possibly not in all cases and for all users, but I'd say that good general fitness is an asset. For myself, feeling better about my body makes things easier when it comes to "making love to myself". When I started I was lean and toned with a strong core, I think it helped me "get there" quickly with the devices.
@meinhelixgmx-de , does this make sense to you? Are you an active person, or not so much? Any insight you have would be very valuable. Thanks in advance !

I think A-Less can make you focus and learn your body a bit more because a toy isn’t there putting the work in for you. So you have no real choice but to figure it out.
Whilst weight training is not a prerequisite, fit and active would certainly not do any harm. Usually when we are fit and active, eat well. Things like blood flow, hormones and chemicals sit at good levels and the various systems all run as they should.
Core is life,at the centre of everything, stands us up straight, protects all our vital parts,a good core benefits everything haha!A good core, and strong floor probably helped me a long more than I know.
Mein sticks out as German to me. If there is a language barrier, hopefully mart can have a word,I know he’s in Germany if not a German citizen.
I have to admit,I could feel the excitement in the post, when he said it’s a miracle,I was quite nostalgic about all the little Ramp ups and successes along the way! You know someone has made it work if you hear that phrase hahahaha. 🙂
I feel there's a lot of little things that can help make a BIG difference. This is not the greatest analogy, but any gamer or RPG enthusiast will tell you that all these little 1%, 2% boosts don't seem like much but they'll add up more quickly than one might think. I'm not at my fittest right now but getting back into it, I'm sure it will make a difference down the road.

Me too, it just feels good to read! Got to enjoy those lightbulb moments!

Congratulations, as @Zentai & @Helghast have noted you had what is called an Anerosless (Aless) orgasm. If this technique is working for you then I recommend you continue to explore it.
Good Vibes to You!
Its a great analogy mate. Get stuck in with the fitness. Always make time for yourself pal. Your body is your super o engine. Keep it in good working order 🙂
Can you get a great orgasm without
aneros or does it feel like a penis
orgasm?
With the difference that you
have no ejaculation. Mine felt like
this without aneros with the
difference that you get multiple
orgasms.
