I've never tried it before because I'm not exactly sure how you're supposed to achieve an orgasm through one. But when I see people talk about aless, it seems like orgasms are easier to achieve. What do you guys do?

IMHO, doing Aless involves the same level of mental focus, and similar levels of muscular contractions as if you had an Aneros device in place. It is easier in the sense that no preparation is required though similar conditions conducive to relaxation still apply. That does not mean that actually generating prostate orgasms through this method is easier, in fact they may be more elusive due to the higher level of focus necessary without the benefit of a physical device to provide additional stimulation. However, Aless practice does make the generation of P-waves very obtainable and available whenever you have the quiet time to employ it.

Good Vibes to You!

It may be easier or it may not. Some guys see the toys as training wheels. Once you learned to have prostate orgasms, then the belief is there. I trained A-Less first l,then learned toys later on.

You don’t really do anything radically different. You flex and play with your pelvic floor, and build arousal like you would with a toy. Two roads that lead to the gate of the promised land. 😉

During a session with my aneros, I normally engage in nipple play. I have rubbed them before without a toy when I was in the shower, and starting feeling sensations like I do with the aneros. Does it sound like my prostate is "awakened" enough for aless?

Should I do more work with my floor muscles during aless, since nothing is in me?

@bogusbro

yes, you are probably awakened enough.

For me, Aless is a little more difficult than with an Aneros, but the difference is shrinking with time.

Only you can determine if you've awakened your prostate but it sounds like you're definitely on a positive path. Keep working with the nipple stimulation as an augmentation technique. I'm confident it will only enhance your overall progress.

I always wonder why nipples seem to be the key. Figuring that out was when things really started getting fun during sessions. Anyway, I've been contracting my pelvic muscles today on and off, and can feel some waves like when I have an aneros, so hopefully I'm there.

Sounds like it's worth the challenge! It took awhile to get going with the aneros itself, so I feel it might be fun to try something new.

Its trial and error and power/speed needs change. You may need to flex a little harder, some sessions you need less depending on how you feel on that day. You’ll figure it out. Anchored tension is pretty important during a-less in my opinion. You need to learn how to hold some pressure in your pelvic floor and be flexing and releasing at the same time. But it’s perfectly achievable. 😉

Sounds similar to using the aneros itself. I'll have to give it a try someday. Hopefully I get a good session out of it.

I unintentionally had my first aless session last night. I was really aroused from my aneros sessions over the weekend and had not ejaculated so my testicles were aching a bit. I had been fondling/cupping my testicles a bit through the evening. When I went to bed, I wanted to relax and as soon as I did I started feel an orgasmic event building just like in an aneros session. So I assumed my preferred position and was hit by full body orgasm after full body orgasm. At one point I thought I might hfwo for the first time. In the end I needed to calm things down and finish off the session the old fashioned way.

Throughout the session I was still cupping my testicles and what I noticed was how strongly they were being drawn into me. The clenching of my testicles and the muscle groups associated with them was definitely the key to the aless for me. I’m sure the same is true during an aneros session, but I don’t ordinarily touch myself.

The closest I've had to something like that were when I first started making progress, my pelvic area would still twitch like the toy was still in me. I could barely get it to stop. Maybe I should have just tried rolling with it haha

You could have pushed on for the HFWO,it was on the way. I still don’t get why alot of guys can’t have them at all. Not that we want them 😉

@jiji2000 @Helghast it was getting late or I would have happily seen where it was going. If it was planned I would have given myself more time

What do you guys do?

Through focus, imagination and will, I can evoke a sense-memory of what an orgasm is like. This is actually what I started doing before I found the Aneros. Find out what feels good and follow it.

Aless does require more focus and relaxation everything is so much more subtle. If I've had a stressful day, or bad sleep for several days, or had a drink.... it's much much more difficult. But if you learn to relax into it, then it's equally and sometimes even more powerful as with an aneros. The key for me is breathing and mental images / focus + erasing expectations. Roll with any sensation even if it's weird or in places you don't expect. Do not rush anything. Savour and amplify it, try to play with that sensation. All roads lead to Rome.

I've had some friggin' bizarre experiences but all very pleasurable in the end. The multiple threads on the forum were incredibly helpful.

Sounds like great advice. I normally try to remember what feels good during a session so I know what to look for next one. Thanks

Absolutely. I was poorly with covid a while back, and still managed a few a - less sessions. A Less really is a state of mind. Once that’s locked down,it can overcome virtually anything,it never fails! 🙂
