I can't get in to chat, any suggestions?

When I click on Chat Now it just refreshes the page that I'm on. I'm logged in and just can't get into the chat room.

I'm using firefox but I just figured out that I can enter the chat room as a guest but not when I'm signed in. That's weird.

It looks like the site's CSS is broken. All pages have weird layout.

EDIT: The CSS and JavaScript links are giving a "403 Forbidden" error.

Yeah, the whole site is pretty well trashed. Looks like somebody broke through the firewall.
