Unless you are an "out of the box" successful user (only applies to 7.8% of the Aneros users), you need a little bit of time for your body to adjust to the Aneros.

I'm a newbie and I was curious as to how long a session should be, How long should sessions be? wopuld you wait 2-3 hrs or walk around with it in your bum as long as possible or until the ones around you ask what that grin is all about? Thanks ahead for the comments.Mike

Many good threads on the topics you asked about but some of the consensus is:

...in the beginning maybe use the Aneros 60-90 minutes to avoid getting frustrated. end feeling positive. Don't overconcentrate and focus and lose the pleasure, relaxation aspect

...some say end with a traditional finish while many (myself included) say avoid a hand finish in order to sleep on the Aneros "effects"

...most recommend waiting a few days if you do have a traditional finish in order to recharge the prostate batteries.
