So, after reading reviews on the hypnaerosession i decided to buy the mp3 last night and I gave it a go. Now here is the interesting part. After like about 3 minutes listening to it and relaxing, my whole body started shaking and it was feeling good every couple seconds or so from the contact I would get from the helix with my prostate. There was one time where I felt three small pleasure waves for about 5 seconds in total which was very new to me. Now this shaking went on throughtout the WHOLE first half of the cd which was about an hour and 17 minutes. My body would only stop shaking for like 20 seconds or so after 10 minutes of continous shaking. All this even though I didn't make a single contraction until Alana said so after like 40 mins or so into the cd. Now I am wondering if this was caused by me relaxing to Alana or the fact that I have had 3 session prior to this one and haven't had a traditional orgasm in like a week (refraining from that). I couldn't go into the second part of the cd because I had to pee really bad so it was getting uncomfortable. So I ended it there for last night. Anyway to sum up, it was a pretty interesting session. Any thoughts on this guys?
I forgot to mention that during relaxation my face was experiencing pins and needles for a while but i was very subtle and not uncomfortable. Also when I ended my session to go to the restroom, my body felt VERY heavy and it was kinda hard to walk straight for a minute.
momo,
In the 'rewiring' process you are going through, all of your previous experiences contribute to your current state. It is difficult to determine how much any one aspect of one's experiences influences their current state of being but does it really matter anyway?
Heightened arousal states are generally considered essential to reaching the Super-O zone, abstaining from traditional ejaculation is an excellent way of building heightened arousal states.
I believe the 'heaviness' you felt immediately after terminating your "HypnAerosession" was due to the fact you were probably still in the Alpha brainwave trance state and were also influenced by some of the suggestions presented in the recording. One of the early session suggestions is that your body will feel "heavy" as it descends into relaxation. Likewise, it is also suggested that you may experience many new sensations such as "prickly" (akin to "...pins and needles...").
After you end your Anerosession, it may take a few minutes for your brain to get back into it's normal Beta consciousness state, this is nothing to worry about. "HypnAerosession", employs Brainwave entrainment as part of its technique to help you get into the relaxed Alpha brainwave state.
I would say that you are on your way! Congratulations. From my experience, I would add that contractions are not necessary; more so, the relaxation allows your body to go on its on free will. I think most problems with having a successful session derive from not being able to relax or trying to force things. You should, however, in time be able to coax things subtly with breathing, slight pelvic floor shifts, and even foot and leg positioning. Finally, it is very possible to quickly slip back into a session after a pause. I wouldn't quit until you've had enough or you feel that it's time.

Ya I did feel that I didn't really need to add the contraction, because it felt better without doing any contraction but I wanted to see where that takes me and I think I was better off not doing any contraction.

It sounds like you were about to faint, which isn't exactly a bad thing. I would say you're definitely on the right track. I've had similar experiences myself.
