Does anyone use hypnosis videos to relax and if so can you please put a link in thanks

There are tons available on YouTube; you can go there and search for "hypnosis" and then add any keyword you might like. For example, you could add "subliminal" for videos that might not have any audible words, or "relaxation" would show you hypnosis videos meant to relax you.

Thanks the subliminal one sounds cool i really just think i need to be mentally aroused instead erotic videos
