Title is self explanatory, I'm just curious and I'm sure this could help out some newbies.

I don't think that rewiring is an action that you can consciously perform or tell others to do so. In my experience it is something that happens of its own accord as a result of using the Aneros. My experience of rewiring was that it started to come about after my first, and not very productive Aneros session. Even though I had not achieved much more than a very limited amount of involuntary shaking, after I removed the device I experienced a feeling in my prostate that it had begun to wake up. Subsequent sessions reinforced that feeling, and my sensitivity to Aneros stimulation and also to nipple stimulation continued to increase over the next few weeks until I reached a stage when I could say that I was fully rewired. I think I was lucky in that the process for me was quite rapid, but of course that may not be so for everyone.
