My new Helix Syn V has arrived and appears to be charged (it shows a constant white light), but pressing the power button doesn't do anything. Holding the power button makes the light blink, then it shuts off.
It did not come with instructions and I cannot find any resources online that say how to make it vibrate. Is someone here able to help?

Double click real quick. Once on just 1 time to change vibration. So click twice quick to turn on and off and 1 time to change vibration.

I think my instructions were under the plastic insert that holds the HSV in the box…
To add to Fister81’s response, once the HSV is on, you can cycle patterns with a short press and intensity with a long press.
I had one time where the HSV wouldn’t turn on, no matter what I did. Once I plugged it back in to the charger, it seemed to reset.

@moeseph I will have to check. I don't recall seeing any instructions, and pressing the button twice is hardly intuitive, though since that also cycles (I expected the ends to go through cycles), I get it.
