I am able to get p-waves now. (with thanks of the hypnaerosession) But i find it very hard to maintain the p-waves
I follow the ''music'' (of the hypnaerosession). So first i relax around 30 minutes, and when the music says that it is time to contract, I contract. And i get after around 3 long contractions the p-wave feeling. But often it only last for 1-3 contractions.
Does anyone have some tips to maintain contractions?
