I have trouble keeping the Aneros in, is there anything that I can use, to make it stay in?
or am I doing something wrong. I have a helix and a progasm.

In total ignorance I would suggest that the PC and anal sphincters need strengthening. Do Kegels while the Aneros is in place. I think your anal sphincters are not used to gripping while wide open, so they let "it" go as they normally do!
Do wait for other better advice.
Hi @johnny2904,
@isvara is right. I can speak from experience. First you need to insert all your Aneros models easily and comfortably to the hilt. Then practice some Kegels upon the Helix and the Progasm.
In fact, I would suggest that you do the Kegel Exercises as a matter of course, a few each day in the beginning, and then gradually increase their number. Using the smaller Aneros models in the beginning is good, then the Progasm as you become more confident. You will find that the Progasm was made for the Kegels. In fact, the Progasm will improve your Kegels very much. Soon you will discover immense pleasure from the Aneros and the Kegels.

As a type of training wheels, try your 'tighty whities', or any other kind of form-fitting underwear while having a session; it will help keep it in, at least to the point where your body can still pull it back in. I've had trouble holding the Progasm in, especially when it slips out past a certain point, and the underwear helps keep it from going that far out.
I still have to put a hand down to keep it in when I change position, particularly rolling over.
As a guy who loves to wear my Helix Syn and Eupho Syn in public, I have found the Cocksox thong's have a wonderful double stitching on both sides of the thong that keeps the taps snugly in place. After years of field testing 😉 it works great!
