Frequent Aneros users how often do you have a session?

On average I limit myself to 4 times a week. I could be tempted to use them more but that would be obsessive.

My goal is twice a week. But life is on hold as I'm going in for surgery in a few days.
Then hopefully back on schedule.

I don't have free time really so once a month.

I try to have a session every three days, sometimes a little more or less depending on my mood, desire, time constraints, etc.
