How long does it last

Hi all, new to posting, have been lurking and learning for a few years now.  I searched for my question on the boards, but I haven’t found anything definitive.  I have a Helix sun and a eupho trident.  I swap between the 2 but today after my session I still have what I think is involuntary muscle twitching around my prostate.  It has been twitching for the last 4 hours.  My session was about 2 hours total.  How long am I gonna continue feeling these fluttering feelings?  I have never had a SO, and maybe had a mini O today.  It really took off and it was kinda hard to quit.  I usually go about an hour.  I’m just asking, dont want to injure myself.  I have felt a little sore before so this is a different feeling.  (So many different feelings using this thing). It kind of makes letting go harder if your not use to the feelings that come with it.  Thank you for any advice to a noob.  I really enjoy reading and learning from others, I just can’t locate anything specific about post play feelings.

@Qwiksting, Worry NOT !, if you are using your Aneros models properly, hands free, using only your internal musculature to maneuver them then you will not injure yourself. It is quite common for new users to experience muscle soreness from over exercising those internal muscles but as you become more proficient those muscles will get stronger, more toned and develop more stamina so as to become discomfort free even from long extended Anerosessions.

Your Aneros journey is going to elicit many new bodily sensations, some of these sensations may be experienced only once in your journey, others will become frequent, welcome partners along your pleasure path. I'm sure you've read it before but the cliché 'Every individual's journey and experience is unique' is true. As to those "...fluttering feelings", it is impossible for any of us to be able to tell you how long they may last. They may have dissipated by the time you read this response or they may continue until you fall asleep tonight. Most likely they will be completely gone by the time you awaken in the morning, it is all part of the prostate awakening process.

Good Vibes to You!

@rumelThank you for your insight.  I have so many questions about, like how often should I take a break? Can I go every day and would that benefit or hinder my journey?  Like I said I have been using aneros for a few years now, and just recently awakened? My prostate and now I can go every day because it feels so awesome ,thought it may be wise to take a break from it to enjoy the “new highs” I have been able to achieve.  Yes every mans journey is his own.  Just felt like I made a break through today with the fluttering feeling and the buzzing post play.  Yes I usually lay on my back feet and legs sometimes down sometimes up.  Thank you for your reply
