I've always said it as "AY-neurose", 'cos I thought it was a portmanteau of "Anal" and "Eros". But lately I've heard a couple of different pronunciations. For example, with the same stresses and sounds as "Habaneros", or like "Annie Ross". I'm sure there's a Word of God official pronunciation, but how have you been saying it?

Similar to "Habaneros" I think. I am not a native english speaker. I've never said it out loud either, only in my head.
