How do you know when the Anaros hits the Prostrate

Hi All.

I have had several sessions with my Anaros, and have read through the WIKI and most posts here on this forum. I relax and don't expect anything from my sessions, only what the Anaros is willing to give. While relaxing and breathing I try to imagine the Anaros massaging my Prostrate. I concentrate on any little feeling that may come my way.
My question is, is it a definite feeling or is it a feeling that you eventually get from "Rewiring"?
My problem is I don't feel anything tangible! Is this normal?
Is it something you eventually recognise?
Or is it a feeling you've felt from the beginning?
Is it different for everyone?
Or am I abnormal? I don't feel anything...nada!!!!!

Thank you in advance for your help.

Cheers

D

Hello Diesel2215, 🙂

Is it different for everyone?

Yes! Sometimes people who have prior experience with anal play get quicker results.

My question is, is it a definite feeling or is it a feeling that you eventually get from "Rewiring"?

Yes it is a definite feeling you will notice, and yes you have to go through the "re-wiring" process before you notice it.

My problem is I don't feel anything tangible! Is this normal?

If you are just starting out, then yes it is normal. It took me about a year of very infrequent use to feel anything. The more often you practice, the quicker you will get there.

Is it something you eventually recognise?

Absolutely! When your prostrate starts to wake up you will know.

Or is it a feeling you've felt from the beginning?

Not in my experience. But there are a very small amount of guys that got good feelings or super-O's at the beginning of their journey.

Or am I abnormal? I don't feel anything...nada!!!!!

Nope. You are completely normal. These questions of not feeling anything at the beginning are very common here in the forum from new users.

Keep at it!

Diesel2215,

“My question is, is it a definite feeling or is it a feeling that you eventually get from "Rewiring"?“ IMHO it is both and initially the feelings can be very indefinite and subtle, see What It Feels Like & The Keys to the backdoor & P-waves and rewiring.

“My problem is I don't feel anything tangible! Is this normal? “Define “tangible”, are vague feelings of pleasantness “tangible”? It is quite normal for men used to traditional masturbation leading to ejaculatory orgasms to have difficulty adjusting to the new paradigm of thinking required to experience prostate based, non-ejaculatory orgasms. It requires you to redefine for yourself what constitutes an orgasm.

“Is it something you eventually recognize?” Yes or No, some men, unfortunately, will never recognize the subtleties of sensations involved, those who have patience and persist often do eventually recognize these feelings. Look at new member ‘Carolinaguy’s thread for an example of persistence paying off.

“Or is it a feeling you've felt from the beginning? Is it different for everyone?“ IMHO it is different for everyone, some men get to experience Super-O’s immediately others may wait years, it is impossible to predict who will have their success and when.

“Or am I abnormal? I don't feel anything...nada!!!!!” This is an impossible question for any of us to answer; even your own physician could have difficulty answering this without extensive diagnostic tests of all your body systems. Most of what is felt coming from your prostrate is analyzed through the filtering mechanism of your mind and is subject to misinterpretations, distortions or just plain ignoring the feelings as too subtle to be granted legitimacy and thus ignored. I suspect that you are in fact feeling things, they just are of such subtlety you are not acknowledging them, this takes a relaxed open mind ready and willing to listen to the quiet "body talk".

Thanks for the advice Rumel really appreciate it. When I say I feel nothing.... I meant that I cant say for example say "ooooohh now its hitting the prostrate (spot)". The feelings I do have are enjoyable in the sense that I can feel the movement and when I clench hard I get a "tingling" (only word I can find to describe it) sensation or wow it feels nice when I clench hard, almost a feeling of extreme hornyness (don't know if that is a word lol) the feeling that if I don't masturbate now I am going to freak! Its the subtle movements that I don't get any feelings from.

Thanks

D

As a note, the following is only one person's (me) experience and in no way all encompassing.

My question is, is it a definite feeling or is it a feeling that you eventually get from "Rewiring"?

For me, it feels somewhat similar to what you feel from massaging your Anus, but much clearer and more intense. I feel it just above the PC muscle hammock (basically where the prostate is).

With that said, during my first week I was able to get some results (engorging of the rectal wall) without even knowing the location/feeling of the prostate.

My problem is I don't feel anything tangible! Is this normal?

First, I only feel perhaps 1/10th of what I should be feeling if I do not incorporate secondary erog-zone stimulation (nipples). I will feel the Aneros pressing on my rectal wall, but I will not feel the full amount of pleasurable sensations without secondary stimulation.

Second, if I have masturbated recently, I feel almost nothing on my prostate for 3 days (slow starter). I then have to go through a 3 day rehab to re-sensitize it, so it takes me a full week to get to full speed. I abstain from masturbation before and after this rehab phase until my body calls for it.

Is it something you eventually recognise?

You can eventually feel it outside of sessions if you get to know your body well enough.

The first time I truly understood the location of my prostate was using secondary erog-zone stimulation. You definitely feel tingling around the prostate when done correctly. I suggest you find and use your secondary erogenous zones that seem to be "linked to your prostate", wherever yours may be.

I can barely sense it without nipple stimulation during my early rehab period.

Or is it a feeling you've felt from the beginning?

Looking back, I am sure I felt the prostate during my first week, but since I did not use secondary stimulation I probably overlooked it. Plus I didn't know what I was looking for.

UM

Thank you so very much for taking the time to write your experiences down for me. I have not yet engaged in secondary stimulation, but will definitely try it on my next session.

Thanks

I don't really "feel" my prostate untill I am close to orgasm. I instead experience it. For me it is a different way of sensing.
