How do you get back there?

Hey guys, I haven't posted in several days, because the last 4 or 5 sessions have been total duds. And now, I decided to start another thread with a specific question.

After having a bit of time to reflect, I am quite certain that what I felt during at least 2 sessions last week (and what I described in my tortured by pleasure thread) was a super O. From reading other descriptions, I do not think it was the most intense one, in fact I think the capability is there to have one many times more profound than what I had.

In a third session, I had all he outside signs of having a super O, my penis got very erect and was contracting just like it did before, however I wasn't really feeling any intense pleasure. I was feeling some pleasure, like a very weak orgasm, nothing like before. I don't think an outside observer would not have known this however as all the outward signs were exactly the same.

The problem is, I haven't been able to get anything much to happen since! Not even the pulses! I have tried following exactly what I did, relaxing and everything... but nothing. It's so disappointing because I thought I had it figured out.

I feel like I am back at the beginning, and stuck there. It's somewhat disappointing. I can still remember the intensity of that pleasure, and I want to go back there so bad.

I am wondering if anyone here with similar experiences can give me some tips. What did you guys do to get back there?

I think one problem is that I haven't been as excited as before. It's like, I know what to expect, so I just relax and try to go there. I am planning to take a day or two off and see if the resulting arousal helps in this area.

I _really_ hope this gets much easier with time. I would hate to be always chasing a super O forever and never getting it.

Heya, same problem here. I can even get the pulse but no orgasm.
I'm sure there is a reason.

Overuse. Your body needs time to recharge. Take a break, maybe a week even.

Every session is different. Don't try and 'get' back to another session. Always try and find your current 'path' and experience. Also you might try some of the things I mentioned that concurred with Zaneblues Orgasmic Diet to some degree. Get rest, don't ejaculate for a day or two, take fish oil, low caffein, fairly low / balanced carb, dark chocolate each day, along with some Zinc, Magnesium, Calcium. On top of that I've been adding Ginko Biloba and Panax Ginseng. Also make sure you give yourself the time. I usually need at least an hour to Super O, sometimes it seems it takes several. Don't rush it and try and not have interruptions during your session. Likely, you'll find your way back to something even better than before. Seems every time I do it, it just gets better than before. But it is important that you pay attention to your inner self, relax, experience yourself....enjoy the ride...wherever it takes you.

Yeah I agree. I think I'v been at it for like a whole month give or take a few days. So I'v been resting and adjusting my diet the past 5 days to see what will happen on my next session. I'll let ya know. )
