Help with confusing feelings and pleasure

Hi Aneros lovers,

I have been experimenting with anal stimulation for around two years, but I couldn’t find a special experience. Then I bought the Aneros Helix Syn Trident. Not knowing what to expect I forced an experience a bit the first time, but even then it felt fantastic. However, not a body shivering super-O. Multple experiences followed and each time it felt better, but no super-O. I want to make sure that you know that I know it costs time and that is not a problem, because it feels already quite good. Still, I was hoping you were able to help with a problem I am facing every experience and I was hoping if there is someone who recognizes this problem and could tell me what he did.

So my experience is as follows. I get in the mood, lube everything and place the aneros inside. I start laying on my side with my upper leg raised to my chest as far as is comfortabel and turn on some porn. I let things settle and start contracting my PC and PV muscles around my cock and anus (correct me if I am using the wrong words). I contract for a couple of seconds and then release them slowly. After 5 till 10 minutes I get a feeling that my legs want to shake. Its not strong ebough to shake on its own, but the urge is too strong so I kind of stimulate the shaking. Like opening and closing your eye lids. If you think about opening and closing them it goes almost automatically, but still you are the one giving the ‘instruction’.

Then after 30 min to 1 hour the same urge to shake occurs, but this time for almost my whole body. It normally starts when I am contracting and keeping things contracted. Also, a feeling of pleasure starting at the tip of my cock flowing through my cock to my stumach towards my chest, arms and head rises. Now here is where things get difficult and I don’t really know what to do. If I let everything go then the whole feeling is gone. But I don’t want the feeling to be gone, so I don’t want to let things go. But at the same time, the feeling never brings me over the top. Its like, you are peeing and you feel the pee flowing, but nothing is coming out of your cock. And wathever you do, nothing happens. So you stop and try another time when the urge is larger.

All in all I am looking for advice on what to do when that strong sensation of pleasure rises and your body wants to shake, but can’t do it on its own. Should I just do completely nothing and wait. Even if that means that the feeling stops immediatly. Or should I try to help me body. Really visualizing the orgasm.

I hope it is clear enough, but the text is probably just as confusing as the sensation I feel. Feel free to ask questions of course.

Thank you very much for reading and potentially helping.

You are making great progress. This feeling that you cannot get over the top is normal. It is something that you will have to work through and can only do so through repeated practice. Prostate orgasms are not penile orgasms. You cannot force them; instead they happen on their own when your body Is ready. My best advice is when you feel that pleasure mounting do nothing other than holding a very light contraction or none at all. Instead just think about the pleasure. Focus on it only. Think about how it feels wherever you can feel it. You’ll start to feel the intensity increase. Let out a small whimper or moan and hold that sound continuously. Notice how the sound carries a vibrato with the beat of your heart. Notice how the sound’s pitch increases as the intensity of that feeling grows by thinking about it. Eventually your body will tighten up and you’ll be forcibly contracted when the orgasm sets in. Try to relax into it and let the waves of bliss wash right over you.

tldr: relax, focus on the pleasure and it will amplify till it sets off an orgasm.

That’s really helpful advice and I can’t wait to try it hopefully tomorrow. Big thank you!

When I first began using Aneros, Helix Syn, my first experience was of uncontrollable shaking mainly my legs. At the time I thought that was amazing in itself. After a few sessions the urge to shake was replaced by the same feeling of mounting tension and an anticipation of something happening but it never quite did. I practiced regularly and then one time it all just happened, the tension grew and this time it did not stop. It felt a wee bit scary at the time I must admit:D I know that eventually you too will have that “breakthrough” moment, probably when you are least expecting it!
Good luck!

Yes! I also noticed the effect of sound on the construction of pleasure. At a certain frequency (and its harmonics) there is an amplification of the sensations felt during orgasm. However, I still can't totally let go and often the orgasm returns to hide in my prostate.
I feel like a Buddhist monk sometimes with my vocalizations!

... I get a feeling that my legs want to shake. Its not strong enough to shake on its own, but the urge is too strong so I kind of stimulate the shaking. Like opening and closing your eye lids. If you think about opening and closing them it goes almost automatically, but still you are the one giving the ‘instruction’.

As arousal builds you are energizing your body, charging it up, this energy needs to go somewhere or do something, most frequently it builds as muscle tension, first in the abdominal area and then throughout the body. This is all quite natural and probably something you've noticed from early on in your sexual play practices. With Aneros use, if you are avoiding penile stimulation, you avoid the normal triggering mechanism of the ejaculatory reflex so the tension continues to build along with arousal as you enter the orgasmic phase. As you noted, you are "...giving the instruction.", this is your intent being expressed, it is intent welling up from your subconscious Id alongside your ego and this is where the process can get caught in a loop where your ego tries to direct the action and hold illusory control, effectively putting brakes on the process.

Now here is where things get difficult and I don’t really know what to do. If I let everything go then the whole feeling is gone. But I don’t want the feeling to be gone, so I don’t want to let things go. But at the same time, the feeling never brings me over the top.

I think @Anerospore gave you some excellent advice. His comments about sound expression are spot on. Jack Johnston's KSMO protocol is founded on this very principle.

I don't know that I have ever visualized an orgasm, it's more of full body sensation, something felt rather than seen for me, though the thread Open Collection of Helpful Visualizations for Aneros use, Aless sessions and rewiring does try to capture visual metaphors for the orgasmic experience. I don't know if trying to visualize anything would help or not, my intuition says it may happen as a consequence of orgasm but may not be a cause.

In my personal experience the trembling, shaking, twitching muscle spasms we often associate with orgasms are not in and of themselves pleasurable, the pleasure is actually underlying and accompanying the expression of the dissipation of the arousal built energy in orgasm. This is where a paradigm shift in thinking about your approach is necessary. On one hand you don't want to completely relax and lose the arousal already built up. this will just leave you frustrated and tempted to go for Super-T's. On the other hand if you just continue with the full body muscle tension, you will eventually start the tremors as the orgasm expresses itself but it may not be very satisfying as the pleasure is overshadowed by the physical activity of shaking.

IMHO there is a narrow middle ground to follow. Since your ego is participant/observer you can be tempted to control/direct this activity but that just won't work, you have to "Just Let Go !". In this case that means using your ego to direct your body to relax all the muscles of your body except those muscles gently holding your Aneros in just the right place(s), this is limiting but also placating your ego's desire to have control (an illusion in and of itself). Once you ego is preoccupied with this simple task, then hang on for the ride to take off. With the tension let out of the muscles that energy goes into producing pleasure waves and you are into the multi-orgasmic realm of Super-O's. You'll see there was no edge to go over, it was just a mental transition of awareness you needed to make. I hope this helps you progress.
Good Vibes to You !
