Hello,
I recently received my aneros in February. And I enjoy the sensations it offers. But I haven't been able to experience much of the sexual waves and super O. I'm not sure it I'm doing something wrong. My question is once I insert it in, do I just leave it there and go with the flow with the sensations or am I suppose to move it up and down constantly? Does the aneros move by itself? Or do I have to control it? I have the aneros helix classic and I'm 24 years old.
Thanks
@Patman89,may I suggest you read the Aneros Wiki, especially the section entitled "Getting Started"?
It's probably not a bad idea to read the whole thing. There is a wealth of information there both for beginners and for more advanced users.
To offer a brief direct answer to you question, once you have inserted the tool, the aim is to massage your prostate. This is achieved by gently applying the various muscle groups in and around the rectum and anus to move the device against the prostate. It may take a little while to obtain the skills involved but practice makes perfect.
Good luck and enjoy the journey.
your muscles will massage the prostate on their own but only if they do it involuntarily. This involuntary muscles contractions come about by two most common ways, through fatigue from holding intentional muscles contractions or by themselves called "do nothing" approach. Read up and try both methods and see which works for you best.
Hi, I'm no expert, still a beginner, but my advice is slow gentle anal contractions, close your eyes and float away in your thoughts and remove any distractions.

Lucky you, you already can indentify and enjoy the sensations. Keep on doing it then. Go with the flow. Progressively learn to feel the flow even more and refrain the slightest impulse to go on sortcuts... Learn deeper relaxation... Breath, stay aroused but calm... And in time you will experience some unusual sweetness. Don't be sidetracked aiming for the sky... Enjoy!
P.S.: Oh, and yes, you can't go wrong reading the wiki and any link @Rumel gave you (at joining and later).
@Patman89 --- Congrats on starting your Aneros journey! As you've likely read, the sensations are unique and can be quite amazing!
Avoid masturbating while using your aneros! Doing so helps you focus on the sensations from your prostate and surrounding muscle groups.
Have Aneros sessions as often as possible in the beginning to awaken your prostate to the stimulation. You'll notice it becoming more sensitive with time and practice. Don't hesitate to take a break every couple of days to give your body and mind a chance to process the sensations!
While it may not feel like much is happening, anytime you're using your Aneros, your body is learning and the rewiring is happening!
As you begin to notice the good feelings from your prostate, don't be tempted to masturbate. You may feel the need to once in a while, but start to avoid it more and more and you'll notice the new prostate pleasure will start to replace the pleasure from masturbating! There may come a point where the prostate pleasure is enough without masturbating much at all. We are all different and your experience will be unique as well!
The pleasure from your prostate is a different feeling and the orgasms you can have will feel much deeper and stronger in ways you haven't likely imagined! Enjoy!
