"I have been a member of and active participant in our Aneros community since 2012 when I began my Aneros journey. When our current web site became operational in April 2015 or so, I began having problems logging to the Aneros Forum. But I was able to have full access to the Aneros Forum, the blog section, Aneros chat, etc. by just logging into Aneros account at the login at the top right hand corner where you can purchase Aneros products. I can do this still, but two nights ago I lost the ability to post comments on the Aneros Forums page. The login there just will not let me log in even though I have changed my password twice. I have contacted Aneros Support and the Webmaster twice, but have not heard back from them! This is most aggravating!!! @rumel and other experienced posters, do you have any thoughts here about this problem? Thanks! @BigGlansDC

@BigGlansDC , I haven't been locked out of posting lately, but I know the vBulletin forum software does have some bugs. As I recall when the switchover from the Vanilla software to the vBulletin software occured a number of people had problems regaining forum access and I had problems accessing the chat software as well. If the problem exists on the server side of things I'm afaraid there isn't much you can do about it other than letting @aneros.com">Support@aneros.com try to sort it out.
On your side of the situation, I'd recommend you clean out your browser's memory cache, delete all cookies and defragment your hard drive. This should clear off any potentially corrupted files on your computer, then reboot your system and try an alternate browser from the one you have been using to access the Aneros Forum and see if this makes any difference. Failing all that you could try creating a new member profile perhaps naming yourself BigGlansDC-Too, I hope this helps, Good Luck!

@rumel these are good suggestions; I wished I would have thought about them. I was under the impression the issue was on the server side (not his computer) as he can post in the blog section with no problems.

One other possibility is that he has added some software to his normal browser that may block his access to the forums. check to make sure you have not blocked JavaScript access as the forum page uses JavaScript for the website aneros.com and also JavaScript for ajax.googleapis.com If these websites are blocked under JavaScript, the ability to post to the forum may suffer.
Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies? Or tried with a different browser? If you have and the problem persists, I'd say it's on the board side of things rather than yours.
Something similar happened with user steveg95928 and wyn50 in the chat. I had to even email aneros support a number of times.
Their reply in July 2017 was that they hope to have a remedy in a week's time.
Still didn't appear fixed in Jan this year, I emailed them back but no reply at all this year.
The same thing happened to me several years ago,. I feared that someone had hacked me and was blocking me. I terminated my account and waited two months and resubscribed. It was slick and problem free after that.
@BigGlansDC asked me to pass on his message to the forum providing an update of his frustration in trying to log into this site:
"Hi G.,
This afternoon I discovered to my added dismay that I cannot create a new account with a new ID or handle using my same e-mail address. I hope to e-mail Aneros Support of this matter later today. I suppose now I will have to wait patiently, perhaps for days, for resolution of this problem before can resume full activity on Aneros.com.

Hey all. It seems like there are two different login sections.
On the mainpage (where the products are) I can't log in either. But when you first switch to the forums and THEN try to log in, it works.
Maybe Glans already tried that, but that's what I encountered...
Didn't find out how to edit on mobile device. Wanted to add, that I am sorry for obviously not being able to read. It was exactly about that login section I described...

About a half an hour ago, I finally was able to change my password and successfully gain access to both the Aneros Forums and Blog sections. I wish you to thank you all for your concern, for @GGringo and @goldenboy for keeping my spirits up during the last week or so. I particularly want to thank a member of Aneros Support who assiduously helped to resolve my login problems.
Hi. As a new member, I don't understand why there seems to be a different login procedure for the Blogs section. I can easily log into the Forum. But when I go to the Blogs, I am asked to register again. It's as if the Blogs section was part of the shop customers. Is this normal ?

@Occitan, I have the same issue of having to log into both the Forums and Blog section. I think Aneros.com has this requirement to preserve the security of one's account.
