Help, can quite let go?

I’m still new to Aneros, and continue almost daily with either Peridise and now Helix Trident sessons.  I’m can quickly relax into some amazing sensations with either model and after some kegels feel my prostate starting to tingle (Peridise also creates similar sensations in my anal opening at times).  I’m able to relax into what feels like a swelling of my prostate and sensations like an orgasms building.  At times my penis will feel the same, especially the glans and feel like I’m leaking (but I’ve never leaked).

The problem is these sensations can build for 15-20 min but then drop off.  I can relax and focus and they come back but I never quite go any further.  I’ve tried PC contractions, and anal contractions but can’t quite get to a peak.  I’ve also tried to just relax but that doesn’t work and it falls off faster.  At times my hips and legs will shake a little, but this typically kills the sensations.  It does feel amazing but seems like I’m not there, no real major contractions of my prostate or big involuntary spasms.  Plus then my prostate will be buzzing the rest of the day, highly stimulated.  Occasionally 1 or 2 small involuntaries but nothing that comes back or builds.

I welcome anyone’s suggestions.  I’m reading a lot on here, and know I just need to be patient.  But this does feel amazing and I know there is more and just don’t know how to reach for it.  Help!!

Yes patience is definitely a needed personal quality. There is often a cyclical nature to the ebb and flow of pleasure waves, so that part of your experience is normal. As you become more attuned to your devices and your body, this will probably change somewhat in the frequency of the cycles but they may still continue to exist. If you haven't already read it, I invite you to read my Introductory Message to New Members which has a few hints and tips to facilitate your learning journey with the Aneros.

In regard to a few suggestions, first I'd suggest you not do daily sessions for a couple of reasons. A.) You will avoid desensitizing your prostate. B.) You will have time to reflect upon what you may have learned in a previous session. C.) You will develop increased anticipation and perhaps arousal for subsequent sessions. Second, high arousal levels are generally necessary to generate satisfying orgasmic feelings with your Aneros devices (I suggest you read the threads Are you "aroused"? & Aneros, Arousal & Abstinence/Semen Retention).

Good Vibes to You!

Hey super quick tip you might try, might work or might not : I find that the shakes can be, in some instances, a way that I use to shift focus from the real pleasure, because it's growing a little too much and I'm a little shy about it. So concentrating on getting the focus back, back where the pleasure is happening almost always stops the shaking immediately. Try this, move the shakes from your limbs to your abdomen. Good luck !
