Anyone knows what hack can I do to the p-tab and k-tab of Helix Trident so it doesn't hurt when pressing against skin?

I asked this once before. The suggestion was to take the rubber bulbs off eye droppers, and stick those over the tabs. That worked for me

@alover Shaping an eraser to the desired shape is another option. Hollow it out to fit the existing tab and shape the outside to your desire.
