hey,
I've already reached some smaller Super-Os by now and during today's session I was able to reach a point where I could trigger Super-Os on demand within a couple of minutes. The first couple ones were on the smaller side in terms of duration and strength but at some point I was able to build sth up that just wouldn't stop building. Then suddenly I felt very hot and I started sweating like was running a marathon.
It was just at the beginning of the most powerful super-O I've had so far that I got a splitting headache. It was located more towards my forehead and felt kinda diversified as if my head was ready to burst.
It took a couple of minutes to subside and right now, probably 30 mins afterwards, I still feel a very subtle headache.
Obviously the session was over after this incident and right now I'm obviously a bit worried about my health and my ability to enjoy super-Os.
Has this ever happened to someone else before?

Yup! But, I don't get the headache. If you Google for “Orgasmic Headache” you'll find that, in spite of the "not tonight dear" jokes, it's more prevalent in men than in women.Aside from 'dudding out,' my approach to dry-O can go three ways. If I don't 'go dud' I get drenched with sweat and most guys here mention heavy sweating.
– Sometimes, if I ramp up a mini-O too rapidly or too eagerly, I sweat and get Trigeminal Nerve involuntary responses that:
– cause a severe jaw clench (one broken tooth and a mangled partial so far).
– flexing of muscles in my ears resulting in a rumbling sound caused by blood flow.
– sometimes a brief tone in one ear.
About half the time, when I'm stimming a mini-O toward Super-O, I miss and slide past the Super-O, lapsing into Opthalmic Migraine, aka Cortical Spreading Depression (CSD). Once this happens, the Orgasm game is over. Takes about 20 minutes to wait out the Migraine aura and a couple of more hours to feel really sharp again.Or, a magnificant Orgasmic experience the just builds and builds....
Wild assed guess is that you may be ramping up a bit too hard and are triggering a Trigeminal response that leads to a cluster headache. Try to tone it down a bit as you stim up the mini-O.
And, don't worry about the general health bit unless you think your blood pressure/pulse is getting out of hand. I've got low BP so don't worry about it. Might be time to pay attention to those numbers.

Yes I have had a buzz or a hum in my brain
about 1/3 of the way back from the forehead in the middle
after a session.
I wrote about it in my blog under the heading "Buzzing"
The sensation lasted nearly 24 hours.
A strange sensation but it did not worry me too much.
– cause a severe jaw clench (one broken tooth and a mangled partial so far).
Wow, hopefully noone starts amputating his limbs 😀
Your description of CSD sounded somewhat familiar. Forgot to mention that I could see some flickering lights when I closed my eyes during the headache.
I'm pretty sure that it's related to the blood pressure, though because I've already experienced the orgasm headaches in the past during penile stimulation. It occurred very sparingly, though.

Wow, hope the headache doesn't return next time. Maybe your body just isn't used to that kind of pleasure. I'm still onn the journey to the complete super o, but from what I ahve felt and from what I hear, it is quite a bit of defference from a traditional orgasm, and potentially unending.
Tom
I sometimes have headaches after my sessions particularly if they are long and intense. I have one right now from the earlier session. I'm not sure what causes it, but I do know there is a lot of pressure / blood flow to my brain while I am having these sometimes constant intense orgasms. Things it can be I think are blood pressure, and possibly even blood sugar. After a long session I am ravenous and my headache may be due to a bit of low blood sugar.
The hot / sweating can be hormone release. There is also a chance IMO of something more serious such as a minor or brief blockage or stoke type event. I'm not saying you have that. However I wonder about myself sometimes...as I get really into it. I worry I'll just stroke out due to all the intense overstimulation to my body and higher blood pressure in my brain. They'll find me in the closet (large one), all nude with an Aneros still inside me. Not sure that is how I want to go or have the family find me that way. On the other hand guess it would be a pleasant way to go out. I'd guess that people with health problems should take care / precaution and perhaps consult their Dr before taking on this type of sexual activity just as you hear about on the Viagra commericials.
