Hello all, have question that is probably very common, but I will ask it any way. I purchased the MGX and tried it a couple of times. No problem at all with the insertion, but it does not feel like the Aneros hits my prostate at all. I have tried various positions and still no luck. Not to be gross, but I have had my prostate checked by my physician during checkups and I can definitely feel the pressure when he checks it. The Aneros does not feel like any sensation like that. I actually just feels like I got something stuck in my rectum. I have been patient and tried breathing exercises and read all about the Aneros. I am just getting frustrated, or could it not be even stimulating my prostate??? Any advice???
Hi Abtima! 😀
Welcome to the Aneros community and the sharing of experiences that benefits us all so much. Have you read the Wiki? And the Stickie Threads at the top of the General Discussion section here?
Your doctor(s) put(s) far more pressure on your prostate typically than the very gentle stroking of the aneros, at least my doctors over many years have. Just as it has taken varied amounts of time for many of your fellow men here to experience their Prostate Awakening, it is well worth the patient wait, quietly listening for whatever subtle effects your body begins with in the process, until you do start to feel your prostate connecting with the aneros massage and that level of prostate alchemy leads you onward. You cannot buy or force this process. Success comes on its own terms when it can surprise you.
So, deeply relaxed patience, no expectations, openness to the early quiet signals, allowing whatever to come forward on its own, don't chase it.

patience is the biggest key for new users.
Im still fairly new and im still in the same boat as you.. havent quite had any real pleasurable experiences or prostate orgasms yet but with every passing day i do feel more pleasure and (what i believe is) p waves.
your body just has to get use to it i think....
for the first week i wasnt feeling ANYTHING.. i was kinda depressed.
but i hang in there and now my body starts to do little contractions on its own (they seem to get stronger every day also)
i think what needs to happen is you slowly build up ur sphincter muscle which causes it to eventually push harder... so yeah patience is really the only thing
hang in there man... im still waiting for the good times to roll around too... but i have faith. =P
youll eventually start feeling some sensation down there.
