Have I made a mistake from the start?

Bear with me on this one.

I recently obtained a popular competing product to the Aneros, you know, the one with the rollerball. (I presume it's against forum rules to mention it by name) It does absolutely nothing for me. Beyond the feeling of having something inside me I have felt little to no unusual sensations in over a month of experimentation.

Should I just cut my losses and get the real deal? I was thinking the Helix might be a good bet.

fleshlife-

its a little hard to say. the reason is that we don't have much experience here with renegades. they are presumed to be not-so-good, but not much data. on the other hand, we do know the aneros line is excellent, but on the other foot, some guys report not feeling anything from them either, until they go longer on the rewiring journey.

the odds are you'll be better off w/ the real deal, but can't promise immediate results.

fleshlife,

I also own the product that you speak of and I can tell you that you will likely never get anything from it. It is in essence a plug, and not a very comfortable one at that! The problem with the design starts with the fact that it is canted too far forward. This means that it doesn't pivot and move once it is inserted. With respect to insertion, the plastic has a rough feel to it and I had a bit of a time getting in. Once inserted, it never seated well for me either, it always seemed to want to move out. Lastly, the roller ball abutment tab has a cool look to it, but it is really nothing more than a gimmick. After all, that's the one part of the device that's actually supposed to remain stationary.... it doesn't!

As Darwin mentioned the journey to Super O often takes time and patience to achieve even with the proper tool to assist you. That said, the product that you are now using is, IMO an obstacle that will forestall any possible progress. I wouldn't waste any more time with it.

The Helix would be a good start, I highly recommend it!

Cheers
