So I have come to point that I have had a couple of my best experiences without the Aneros inserted. The Aneros has served me very well as a very effective bio-feedback and groin exercise device. I think it has given me good strength and MUCH better control of all the muscles down there. If I have had best orgasms with out it do I still need to use it? Once you can build arousal without it, having a piece of plastic shoved up your bum can be somewhat distracting. Can anybody relate with this?

Things I have learned along my journey... Rhythm is HIGHLY important. Arousal comes in waves. You need to find a way to slightly push each wave just a bit higher. The best form of stimulation is something very gentle that peaks every several seconds. Also it needs to be something that can be maintained even when you start loosing your coordination as it starts getting good. So it must be simple. I really struggled with this... everything time it started feeling good I would get all spastic and couldn't continue what I was doing. Also even though there is a strong temptation to try and increase the stimulation as you go and also speed up. However it is MUCH more effective it is timed to your natural waves. Beware of the low hanging fruits. If you want the best you have to climb the tree. Everytime you get near an orgasm you got to relax and push it away. Those early peaks will keep you from greater peaks latter. Once you are no longer able to push the orgasm away do your darnedest to stay relaxed. As long as you can stay relaxed you will keep rising with it to even greater hights. Once your body goes into rigidity it will cap your pleasure.

Hey Chris
I can relate to you on this one. During the last half year or so I've learned to build arousal to the point to where my aneroless sessions are better than my aneros sessions. I have a difficult time having an aneros session now days because of the hassle of having to lube and clean up and all that stuff. Plus, like you said, for me using the aneros is often distracting for feeling and building the arousal. Seems like it overstimulates instead of being able to just slowly build the arousal mainly through breathing and mind control.

I wish I could say I was at this point but I am not. I have had some great sessions with no aneros but I can't generate them at will - they seem to have a mind of their own and I only seem to have them within a day or two of a good session. I hope the day will come when I can generate them on my own.
I do agree with you about the low hanging fruit and not chasing after the orgasm. I have a problem staying relaxed when a wave comes along. I can feel it building but often hit a point where I can't seem to stay perfectly calm and my body wants to contract the aneros. It's hard to describe but for me I can't seem to supress it. I am tickelish and it's like if someone tickeled my by surpirze you get that uncontrolable "knee jerk" reaction. I get those when a p wave hits and it seems to chase away the feeling.

Do agree with that. Don't rush at the first whiff of an orgasm - wait until the tension builds until you just have to let go.
