Going from Helix to Progasm

I've been using the helix for almost a year now. I reached the super-o about 6 months and its been quite an enjoyable experience.

After some contemplation I decided to take the plunge and invest in a progasm.

My first session with the progasm wasn't what I expected. It felt great going in and staying still inside me, but in terms of contractions, it doesn't seem to have the same effect as the helix does.

With the helix I'm used to holding slight contraction for long periods of time at the beginning of a session, and shortening the lengths of those contractions as the sensations build. The problem with the progasm is that I don't seem to be getting the same response from the contraction as I am with the helix.

My question to those of you with progasms is, how do you use the progasm in your sessions, and do you use it differently to your other models? I've read abit about progasms inducing involuntary contractions, although I'm not quite sure what this is all about.

Being one of the more senior guys here, I probably lack ano-rectal elasticity of other guys so YMMV.

I'm really casual with my Progasm sessions, using it mostly for bph massage therapy and for the sheer fun of being "really penetrated -- all the way to the tonsils." 🙂 🙂 However, I'm not yet loose enough and relaxed enough and agile enough with Progasm to produce an easy ano-orgasm let alone a super-O.

Most of my progress with Progasm, albeit slow, started when I adopted a practice of "rocking" the head of the tool back and forth on first insertion, then withdrawing it and doing a second insertion. It sometimes takes a third try for it to really 'slam home.' That ano-rectal stretching maneuver seems to have reduced post-insertion stress and provides a faster track to a relaxed state.

I'm entering my third month of super-Os and am real loose and agile with either Helix or Eupho. My approach with those is total relaxation, then stim other parts of my bod to ramp up arousal while mentally focusing the energy on my prostate. I no longer do base contractions. I let the prostate, rectum and lower pelvis do their own thing.

Keep with what you're doing, be patient, breathe and get loose.

Oh, yeah... my pre-lube is 2-3ml of a Shea-Coconut Oil mixture. I've got two Programs, one stock and one with a "circularized" stem. I'm not a big fan of the oval crossection of the stock stem but alternate the two, figuring that 13,000 other guys can't be totally wrong.

Oh, man. What an "opening" this is....pun intended. Great question, MJ, and one a lot of guys ask.

Personally, I began with MGX, found no pleasure there, went to Helix which got me going, and advanced quickly to Progasm. That's when the fun started with me, and with which I had my first Super O. I still like it the best, although as a fully rewired Anerosian, I am really good with Eupho, now, too.

Well, to be honest, you have to be a little more aggressive with the Progasm. It is a large toy, and as such has great power to excite your prostate. Believe me. I suggest a nice calm start, just let your rectum and prostate get used to the bigger size. Just lie there with little motion or contractions. You already know what to expect, so just wait for things to happen...your rectum will know!

After natural motions begin, and they will, I like to make my Progasm move as much as possible, it's very mobile for a large toy. In and out, gentle contractions and gentle pushes. (I also recommend cutting the K-tab off of your Progasm...it'll move much better that way, by the way) Let the length and girth of the Progasm massage your prostate like none of the other's do. Work it and pick up some speed and energy, focusing on the feedback to you prostate.

You should be able to get yourself in what I call the "zone" of stimulation. Never rush from one level of orgasmic delight to the next...always let your body respond, let it come to you (as someone once said) and don't push the river. Let it flow through you and let your mind concentrate on the pure pleasure that you're experiencing. By in the "zone" I mean that the feedback and bliss are continuous, and not the up and down kind (like strong Pwaves which tend to rise and fall) put rather an unending and flowing orgasm.

Continue to let the Progasm move, use whatever body position works best for you and work the Progasm in and out. By this time it should be fairly involuntary anyway.

If you don't get there the first time, don't be disappointed, sometimes it takes a while. Be content, be patient, and let it grow.

It'll be worth it, my friend.

Post Insertion Stress Syndrome.
Piss.
Is this a new term for the Wiki.
