Getting Into Shape and Having a Strong Core = Achieving Super O's

I purchased my first Aneros almost 8 years ago. Over the years Ive bought many Aneros products and have had moderate success with them(occasional O's, maybe 1 out of 5 sessions would be successful)

I have also not been in great shape the last 8 years(265lbs, 6 feet). About 4 months ago I started working out and eating healthy. I focused on core workouts and weight lifting. I am now in great shape(205lbs), and something interesting happened along the way. All of a sudden my Aneros sessions started getting better. Things started happening effortlessly, I can now have Super O's within minutes of starting and its guaranteed in every session. Sessions last for hours and I now have to force myself to stop so I don't spend all night lying on my bed.

So if you're kinda out of shape and you can't quite get to that super O you might want to try working on your core and getting into better shape.

Fascinating.. I have been doing CrossFit for the last 9 months and have attributed that extreme fitness workout to my blazing fast re-wiring and full on heart gasms within a coups months of aneros use. However, that correlation could not be confirmed because I had started crossfit before I started the 'journey.' Your clear cut data point of aneros experience before and after getting into shape points toward confirming my suspicion that fitness level plays a significant part in the outcome and overall experience.

I absolutely agree that getting into excellent shape will dramatically improve your chances of the super Õ and experiencing what exists beyond it as well 🙂

Thanks both AU62763 and JMChemist for the encouragement. For the first time in over 30 years I am taking my lack of physical fitness seriously (even though it's kind of late for this 64yr old). I began my Aneros journey just before starting with my current program. Though I haven't lost any weight, I have changed my proportions (I can't seem to get below the 92Kg mark). And my Aneros sessions have just gotten better and better. Perhaps there is connection.

I firmly believe there is a connection. The only other thing that has changed recently is my diet(keto-60%fat/30%protein/10%carb). This could also factor into the changes but I'm faily certain that when strengthening all the muscles around the prostate it allows for better control and stimulation of the prostate.

Lifting weights or doing high-intensity workouts will release Human Growth Hormone and increase Testosterone levels in the body. This helps with arousal levels in my opinion and better Aneros sessions. Working the core muscles specifically the pelvic floor has definitely helped my Aneros sessions as well. I found Pilates fatigue the PC muscles and just doing the workout leads to involuntaries and muscle shaking.

i read an article today that talked about things that can lower testosterone including lack of exercise, excessive alcohol consumption, bad diet, lack of sleep, and stress/anxiety all of which I have. Maybe this is why the last year has been orgasm free for me? Anyways the wife has decided to help me get into shape starting next week so we will see how this will impact my sessions. I'm sure it will not improve over night but worth a shot.

Oh, i forgot to mention the article talked about how lower levels of testosterone impacted prostate health. So maybe there is a connection there.

@ineverknew,was that article online? if so, could you provide us with a link to it?

Thinking of links - I didn't know there was an impact of testosterone on prostate health. Would love to find out more.

I bought myself a Swiss Gym Exercise Ball a week ago - 65cm diameter - sitting on it is good for posture - bouncing gently on it - WOW - recommended as a way to generating as much A-less as you want 🙂

You can also use it to improve core strength as well - make sure you get a good quality anti-burst one though LOL

yeah unfortunately I dont remember the article or where it was from. The mercola article looks good though. The main reason I found the article is because I was looking into a connection between alcohol and testosterone. I like my beer on the weekends and noticed after a night of drinking the next morning my prostate was extremely active, more so then, then any other time of the day. So I guess it makes sense now. If alcohol inhibits testosterone then in the morning when the alcohol is gone testosterone production goes back up.

@hapticbear That sounds like a great idea. I'll borrow my daughter's ball (she doesn't use it anymore).@Pommie The prostate gland cells cannot survive without their 'fix' of testosterone. That's why castration was used to treat prostate Ca which, like the prostate, cannot survive (in its initial stages) without testosterone. This is the basis for the work I have done in treating BPH by stopping the diversion of testosterone to the prostate when the valves in the spermatic vein (the veins that drain the testes) fail and there is backflow in those veins.

I've noticed that myself. I usually have one really good drink session a week with a friend of mine, and when I wake up and go home everything is "normal" as the day goes on. When I do heat things up and get myself aroused the buildup and release is always way more intense than a regular day. Not that I look forward to drinking that much that often, but on those few nights a month that I do I actually look forward to being home and edging a few times and then an explosive, damn near spiritual release.
