Geriatric ejaculation

It's been a while since I've been here. I never did get much from the Aneros devices, even after a few years, I got rid of them. However I discovered that the N-Joy and the Icicle #46 works for me. Not Super-O's or anything like that, but just lots of pleasure and I get to ejaculate which is hard to do without an erection. I have ED from heart medicine and age (75 now). The 46 is good to leave in for a while and it gets the pre-cum going, the NJoy gets me off with some penile stimulation, even with no erection. I've discovered what works for me is copious amounts of Vaseline. I tried Boy Butter and some of the water based lube. The BB is not bad but is just not as slick as the Vaseline. Plus it seems to be easier on my hemorrhoids. The water based lubes just don't seem to last very long. The 46 is only 4" long and is good to leave in for a while, while I get arroused but the NJoy goes in about 6" and really puts the sensation on the prostate. Anyhow, I'd like some input on the NJoy and #46 if others have used them or general comments on old man ejaculation?
