Newbie here. I am wondering about the experience of diabetics with the Aneros. I have little sensation from penile stimulation. Does this mean that the Aneros will not give me the feeling I want? In other words, what is the effect of possiblle diabetic nerve damage. OR is the prostate not subject to the same knid of nerve damage as other arreas of the body???

I too am type 2 diabetic (controlled with Metformin), I also have peripheral neuropathy that I'm taking Gabapentin for. So like some type 1 diabetics, my feet are numb... but I can tell you that it hasn't effected my feelings. Nope... no way!!!

Hi, Panaguy, glad to hear it! I tried gabapentin but could not deal with it. Made me incredibly drowsy. Now on 300 mg of Lyrica twice a day. Barely controls the pain. Right now it isn't. Going to try the Aneros as a distraction.

For goodness sake do allyou can to control that sugar so that the neuroopathy does not get worse.

Birdlves, did it take you a while to reach the orgasms or was it pretty much right away?

Diabetic guys... i have often wondered if any of this prostate play impacts blood sugar levels. After all, there are some pretty complex brain and organic chemistry things going on during prostate orgasms. Anyone up for taking some before/ after session blood glucose measurements? Wouldn't it be great if sessions reduced blood glucose levels to a point where you could back off your meds a bit? I have been thinking about it too from a standpoint of what impact sessions might have long term on the development or mitigation of peripheral nerve pain and damage.
