I'm wondering if the rewiring process can move along very slowly but still move along with infrequent sessions? I ask because I've had my helix syn for about a year now but due to the wife and now 1 year old kid my alone time for sessions is few and far between.
So does anyone know if I can still make progress even without regular use? Or do I need to make sure I have regular sessions if I want to advance?

YES, it probably can, however, you need to remember that success with your Aneros is 90%+ a mental exercise and less than 10% a physical, muscle memory practice. With that being said, it doesn't mean you will progress with very infrequent Anerosessions. Some men seem to be pre-wired to experience orgasms from their first use of these devices while others seem to struggle for months (or even years) before being successful. It is impossible to predict where you will fall in this practice continuum. IMHO, regular sessions will expedite your progress as the repetition will reinforce the building of the muscle memory aspect and this also reinforces the sub-conscious mental aspects of your practice. Like many developed skills in life, regular practice improves performance. Developing your orgasmic skills may also require this practice on a regular basis.
It should also be noted for you to receive the health benefits of prostate massage then regular use is necessary. Just as infrequent bodily exercise may do little to improve your overall health, infrequent Aneros usage may do little to maintain your prostate health. Good Vibes to You !
Is it possible to achieve A-less orgasm before achieving them with Aneros inserted? Is it worth trying if you cannot have some frequent alone time?

Yes and yes. That's exactly how it went for me.
