Kenny...Scroll to the bottom of the Aneros main page and click on the Wiki link and read it all! Those pages are full of what you need to know to be successful!

I've been at this years and only just now getting results. It can take a long time, for others a short time. Its the luck of the draw.

As inHope says, different users develop at different speeds. I'd generally say once or twice every 5-7 days, as it provides suitable time apart from the Aneros, and if you abstain a little, fills up the libido.

@Kenny

You'll hear a lot of varied opinions here, so you'll have to come to your own decision. At the maximum, do it as much as you want, just as long as you are not experiencing any pain or discomfort. The minute you feel pain or discomfort, discontinue the session and give yourself two days off to recover. I have to do my sessions daily to get results. And when things really get going, sometimes I'll indulge in a second session.

I need to have anal stimulation frequently , I love it, and I don't get sore, I am used to insertion,, maybe I need to change to silicone lube.

I have assorted toys besides my progasm. Sometimes it's a vibe, dildo or intense pegging

more important for me was expectations, not frequency ( or lack of frequency, no down time between Non-ejacularity orgasms ).
I can't force an ASO (Aneros Super-O), but when I relax and simply enjoy the ride, the ASO frequently finds me. Initially it seemed to be just a bump in there, but before long, the bump responded and took on a life of its own.
Patience, young jedi, soon you'll see stars.

Yep. This toy requires a great deal of patience for an even greater reward. It usually takes me 30+ minutes just to get warmed up and start feeling good. It's at least an hour before I start feeling really good. It always starts off as a very subtle feeling that takes awhile to build up.

Also, not every session will be as good as your best ones. There are days when I have one orgasm and then just can't get another one going. There are also days when I can build up to a mind blowing orgasm and keep it going for what seems like eternity. Each session is still great, though.

Just relax and focus on gentle contractions of the PC and anal muscles. Arousal is also very important. I have to be watching porn or reading/listening to erotica for it to work. It will start off as a very subtle feeling. You can't force it. Just focus on it and build it with relaxation, gentle contractions, and deep breathing. It's part of the learning experience. It takes tons of patience, but I promise that the reward is worth it.
