I hadn't used the Helix in a few months. Today I used it and got several really delicious P-waves out of it, but wasn't able to get much past that. However, my face turned really flush and felt as like it was on fire! First time that ever happened to me and it was a really neat feeling.

I know this is a journey and it takes a while to get to Super-O land for most. But I'm wondering if feeling flush in the face (or other places) has preceded a breakthrough.

Never had a flushed face (that I am aware of), but everyone is different. If you are having P-Waves, I can't imagine that Super-O will be far behind. Just stick with it and it will happen!

When I got the hot face, it felt as though the pelvic floor muscles were grabbing at that Helix! Can't wait to try again soon. . .
