The wife left early today so I had a bit of time to play with the Edge before work. I inserted and the angle felt not quite right so I adjusted it just a touch. I really like the remote control app and experimented with making my own patters as well as running it live. I kept increasing the intensity in increments until I hit on a level that really made my prostate sing. Got a good Mini-O from that! I eventually suffered from numbness so discontinued. I remember a quote from someone on here about vibration and prostate play is like trying to cut butter with a chainsaw, haha. I'll have to continue testing and find a happy medium. Overall a good first try!
vibration and prostate play is like trying to cut butter with a chainsaw,
That has been my experience, if you are trying to experience a prostate super-o. The SynV pattern 6 (I think) is a different story. Random clicking and popping sensations at different intensities has given me some interesting results. The heavier vibe settings leave me feeling tender, for lack of a better word.
I used to have a Lovesense Edge. It was well named. I didn't like the vibration too heavy either. I warn you - I used coconut oil consistently for lube. It's fantastic for lube, but it eventually penetrated the silicone and killed the battery and the silicone was even loosening from the core.
I loved it, but I'm thinking that using the musculature down there is likely a good thing.
@pablito1963 How about the low setting?
Interesting about the interaction between “Lovense”-silicone and coconut oil. Yet my Aneros Syns have fared well with over a year of use with a blend containing coconut oil.
Point well taken about vibration. Cynically, I wonder sometimes about companies, not Aneros, touting heavier and heavier-duty motors is more marketing something someone doesn’t need, than needs. Drives up both manufacturing cost and list prices. These are internal devices after all, and our insides are (or we cultivate them to be) sensitive.
@pablito1963, I use K lube for everything and it's silicone safe.
