It's taken me 3 or 4 tries to really get something to happen with my Progasm. It was brief, but I think I know it was working. I definitely felt like I would if I had just had a traditional O. I'm diggin' it! I'm not sure if I've found the best position for my sessions. What position gets the best results?
Part of the fun is figuring that out!! That realization you get when you've had your first significant experiance is sweet, have a fun journey!

One user mentioned kneeling besides the bed - with the body upwards lying on the covers and torso downwards kneeling on the floor.
Works pretty well for me - at least in terms of keeping shakes at bay.
I lay on my right side both knees pulled up, this position is my starter position and lay there and do nothing till the action begins. Usually after that I hold on to the wonderful ride I am taken on.
I seem to have adopted laying on my back with a small pillow under my butt to give the Aneros room to move. It also adds a better angle. I like this position since it gives me access to stimulate my nipples. Also, without any stress on the muscles, I can better sense those subtle feelings. The downside is this position is most likely to generate the shakes.
