First HFWO with Aneros today! But... is that a good thing?

Dumb question, of course it's a good thing!

So I had my first hands free wet orgasm with my Helix trident today.  Was really good but I'm wondering if working to get a HFWO is kind of missing the boat.  As Yoda said about the dark side, it's quicker and easier but maybe not better.  I used the technique I posted about in my "Anybody tried this technique" thread on here.

I kept up with the bucking of my hips, it was half voluntary half not... but it caused the Helix to hit my prostate nicely.  I felt a growing orgasm, kept it up and it finally came, literally!  Interesting that I was able to keep going, was still shaking for quite a while before I got tired and stopped after over an hour total for the session. The refractory period was not nearly as significant as it is with a penile orgasm.

As soul-pleasure and 7sDoor mentioned it may be better to "relax into it" instead of taking action to force something to happen.  It's a matter of patience and discipline I'm thinking.  We all want the Super O but an occasional HFWO isn't necessarily a bad thing, no?!?! 🙂

One other thing, not to get too graphic, but my ejaculate is usually about 25% clear 75% whiteish and slightly tinged yellow.  With this HFWO it was *bright* white.  Maybe that's due to the prostate stimulation?  They talk about "milking" a prostate... hmm....

Thanks for sharing your experience! I practice semen retention with several days between Aneros sessions. The last session I had was extremely stimulating with several Os and a super O which culminated in ejaculation - normally is mostly clear but this time was thick and milky white! First time I had noticed that in a long time. Would be interested in hearing from others in this regard!

Ok after looking around in the polls sections apparently a Super T  CD an result in bright white semen! I guess I had one. 😎

Although I'm not sure what the difference between a Super T (traditional) orgasm and a HFWO is... Perhaps a super T can involve hands?

@skibum and @fred27 that’s a level I haven’t reached in many years of anerosing! Congrats!!  Yes, I,d consider it good if I could pull it off! 🤩 maybe someday?  I’ve had several incredible full body super o experiences throughout the years of my journey but none have culminated in an ejaculation without some , ahem, manual assistance. 😆 I always produce copious amounts of pre-cum and often have what feels like wet os but no true ejaculation. The super T is from my understanding is a traditional wet orgasm through masturbation or sex while simultaneously enjoying prostate stimulation.  As you describe, the consistency of my semen is usually thicker; whiter,  and there’s a lot more volume when I do give it yank while on a ride.  I think the stimulation of the prostate definitely produces changes in volume, viscosity and color as you describe.  Thanks for sharing!

@bgood2u Have a look at my posting "Ever tried this technique" (or something like that) for how I got it to happen.  So when you have your full body super O's, do you take any action besides clenching/kegel type of things?  Some seem to have success with the "do nothing" technique but although the Helix feels good just being in there I seem to need to get it moving.

@skibum I’ll check it out for sure!  I have learned so many things from the great folks on this forum and the archived threads are extremely informative. B mayfield has some great insight on the mechanics and movements of it all.  Movement is absolutely key for sure and the do nothing approach is really about very subtle movement and less of a more concentrated contraction. The magic for me happens when I’m in a very relaxed lucid state usually and hour or so into a session. The involuntarily movements take over and the massager autofucks me into an orgasm.  Have you experienced this yet on your journey?   If you haven’t already, Check out the wiki and search the forum for more details but the AF sensations people describe occurs as the anal sphincters and pc muscles become fatigued through focused rhythmic contractions. The competing sphincter muscles versus the squeeze of the pc muscle eventually wears the muscles out to the point of exhaustion and the device then does it’s own thing as you totally relax!  Have you ever worked out a muscle in the gym to exhaustion and it begins to shake and quiver?  Basically the same thing just different anatomy.  The incredible benefit with aneros is when this happens the quivering moves the massager for you tickling your prostate as it does. Once in this state, a very slight contraction will keep it going on and on! The do nothing approach for me the is the first 10 to 15 minutes of a session as my body gets used to the massager.  A slight steady anal contraction that I hold when squeezing the pc will start the process.

@bgood2u I'm still very early in my journey, only 2 months!  I think I've made some really good progress though.  Hey a HFWO at 2 months sounds pretty good!  I have not had the aneros auto fuck experience yet.  Interesting I've been doing kegels on and off and I tend to avoid them before a session so the PC muscle isnt't tired out but maybe I should do them to get that muscle exhaustion.  I know exactly what you mean about an exhausted muscle in the gym...

Thanks for the insight!
