Well.. in the wee early hours of the morning after having been up, unable to sleep do to being sexually "winded up". (now i've not masturbated in the past 9 days, to let my eroginous zones et all be more physically and metally sensitive...)

I tried following the techniques as described by CaveofMystery's "Quick and Dirty Path to the Super O", but mostly as a excersize to work my PC muscles and Anus, learning to control them, and using with no Aneros at all.

Well.. I followed the technique of contracting the PC and relaxing the PC along with anus contraction and relaxing, to do the kind of rolling see-saw kind of internal action and noticed it felt kind of good and made my head buzz and made my perenuim twitch as well.

I continued doing this (laying on my back )and started getting great p-waves and managed to build on those and even had about 3 or 4 mini-O's. I was even leaking pre-cum and it started to dribble out as if I had something in my butt rubbing the prostate. But I had NOTHING in my but.

The p-muscle to anus contraction back and forth and when i pause from doing them very subtle involuntary contractions were happening.. these were very subtle, almost not noticable. Now, I was laying on my back, my legs that were bent up feet on bed since this is typically most comfortable for me to do this kind of thing, strange thing at one point while feeling p-waves, my legs were kind of involuntarily shaking rapidly sort of like a buzzing vibration motion.. very strage.
Then i'd get to a point, where'd I'd get a kind of subtle urge to cum ejaculate feeling as i had each mini-O, tissue inside my pereniem would feel kind of like it was trying to push out cum, but just cowper's gland fluid would dribble out.

I did the p-muscle and anus contraction and relaxation techinique et all, had 3 or 4 mini-O, and p-waves for at least 30-40 mins, until I just felt to tired to go on, and the feeling to pee came on,it felt the tickly inside the glans of my penis so went to use the restroom. So after that I went to sleep.

But gawd damn it was overall an very intensely pleasure experience without even stroking the penis or having anything up the butt.

I must be close to a Super O maybe? Perhaps if my bladder was totally empty and perhaps if I had the Aneros inside me to pressing/tapping on the prostrate as well, I just might of pushed myself into a Super O maybe???
Well, nonetheless this may be some progress? I now I have a new technique to try out on my next Aneros session.... As long as i can relax the sphincter enough so it's not clamping down so tightly on the Aneros as it seems my anus wants to do... >_>

Now a couple questions:

1) is the legs "vibating" or rapid shaking normal?

2) My internal tissues. PC muscles maybe? Well the feel a little "sore" or acheing internally (just behind my lower pelvic region behind the pubic mound sort of above the penis),
I was doing PC-muscle exercises at different times during the day, maybe a little more than i usually do? Is this aching/mild soreness normal? I would get this after Aneros sessions as well? is this a sign of PC muscle fatigue? it goes away after a day or two.. so what is the cause of this aching? is it because the pc muscle is slightly sore? or is it internal tissue stress from not having a traditional, full ejaculation?

(damn, just thinking about the experience is/was resulting in me getting a little arosed and me a getting a little tingly and dripping a little bit LMAO. is this self-hypnosis sort of thing ha ha ha....)

Anon-User36,

It does sound like you are making rapid progress in learning the capabilities of your body to generate pleasure. Whether you are close to a Super-O or not is difficult to determine as everyone is different. May I suggest you read the Milestones section of the Aneros WIKI for some signs to be aware of, you probably will not experience all of the noted sensations but it will give you an idea of the range you may experience . As far as developing muscle soreness as a result of extensive exercise, yes, this is normal. As you continue your practice, you will get stronger and your muscles will develop more endurance and better tone. The soreness is not likely from having only a partial ejaculation. However, this does not rule out some type of prostatitis, but that is unlikely as well because you say the discomfort dissipates within a couple of days.

(damn, just thinking about the experience is/was resulting in me getting a little arosed and me a getting a little tingly and dripping a little bit LMAO. is this self-hypnosis sort of thing ha ha ha....)

At least it seems im sort of on the right track. Even if that progress was done via an excerise/session without my Aneros SGX. I do hope my internal tissues will not experience soreness due to practicing PC muscle contractions later on, or from some kind of blood in tissue building up that isn't relieved when I don have a traditional ejaculation....

This "achey-ness" is sort of like "blue-balls" but only in the internal pubic area, but there is *no* achey-ness in my testicles...it's kind of bothersome...

I now have 6~20 orgasms each Aneros session... with nipple stimulation and relaxation helping to drive it for at least 1 hr and 45 min of intense string of orgasms. Especially if I hold off any and all sexual stimulation for 7~10 days. I can even have hands free/no physical stimulation full body orgasm without the use of an Aneros.

I don't understand how one can experience orgasm by just squeezing flexing and contracting the anal muscles without anything actually inside...are you still stimulating the prostate somehow? I do know that I have been able to pump my penis to a good erection in the past by focused deep breathing but I can't really explain the phenomena other than redirecting blood/oxygen I suppose? Perhaps I should try the exercise.

The muscles that surround the prostate, the PC muscles, are able, in my case, to get p-waves going quite strongly. But this didn't happen right away...it happened after many sessions over several months...but I'm here to tell you, once my prostate awoke, it's been like Christmas in July...just amazing, on demand, p-waves and mild orgasms for as long as I want them to flow! My prostate and perineum areas tingle almost 24/7, and when I'm ready for more, all I need to do is relax on the bed and away it goes...orgasms galore!
