Every since I got into using the Aneros, I have been learning how to relax. One way I taught myself was self-hypnosis. Today it paid off... I started my session very aroused and I tried something new. I edged for about an hour till I felt I was ready. I then listened to some relaxing meditation music and got very calm and still, Then the Hypnaerosession-CD played and I followed it and fell into a very deep trance. I really did not do anything special except slow breathing and a gentle contraction. The feeling started real weak and got stronger and stronger and all I can imagine was colors. The a got a strong feeling in my pelvis and it went on for a while. Three and one half hours later, I came out of my deep trance...feeling very rested but at the same time very aware of the post-session feelings.

What is strange about this it that my white Progasm P-Tab broke off and I had to use my MGX.

Hope I can repeat what I did today.

Welcome Bama to Aneros experience and the great community here!! 😀 😀 And congratulations!!

How old are you? Do you currently have a partner? Have you experienced other sensory phenomena as colours like this before? Your journey may well present you with many many variations and some revisiting to this breakthrough experience as you report it. Your self-directed relaxation training and its success bodes well for your future successes here. All the best. Have you thought of starting your aneros practice blog in the Blogs section?

all the best in intentional yet relaxed open listening allowing journeying all

Bama,

Congratulations on crossing over and floating on the 'calm seas of orgasm', I'm very pleased to hear that "HypnAerosession" was a substantial component of the voyage. I wish you many more pleasant voyages.

How old are you?

Mid 50s

Do you currently have a partner?

Yes, 33 years, very supportive.

Have you experienced other sensory phenomena as colours like this before?

No

Your self-directed relaxation training and its success bodes well for your future successes here.

I am retired so have plenty time to practice. I have spent more time on the self-hypnosis and relaxing than I have on the Aneros side. I can now get into what I call "suspended animation" where I get so deep, I do not feel my arms, legs or even my body touching the bed. I am very aware of what is going on around me and I am not afraid, but very relaxed. Yesterday it allowed me to focus on the feeling I was having so relaxation is one of the more important steps. The beginning feeling was small and just started getting stronger and stronger as I stayed relaxed but just let it go where it wanted to.

Another thing I did was change my position from knees up flat on bed, to supported legs under knees using a large body pillow.

I have been using some Delta, Gamma and Theta waves meditation music to relax to, then I start my Aneos session relaxed and ready.

I hope this info helps others,

KEY is to Relax, Breath and just let it flow.....

Happy Journeys!
