Hello everyone my last girlfriend was interested in anal play and her finger was golden so when we parted ways I tried the Helix / Progasm with little benefits a year later. Sadly for me the current girly needs to be slowly worked into this kinda area. So I had a few questions.
1. Not having sex for a week would this increase sensitivity in the prostate? My biggest problem with both models is I can't really "feel" anything going on at all. If I directly stimulate my prostate I get both physical reactions and I can feel it. However with my wrist at L angle I can't stay that way for long. I think perhaps I need a a item with a more direct angle (like L) to hit my prostate.
2. Is there any positions that would more directly press my prostate against either model?
3. Is there a model out there like that? Also a vibrator at the very tip (not the base like so many toys) would also be great.
4. I have noticed my girls g-spot toys are more of the L shape I think I might need...any guys venture down that road with good results?
This is just a little bit frustrating as I followed Aneros FAQ down to a T but also tried a whole range of positions/situations. The best result is I get a harder climax during sex but nothing really comparable.
Thank you for any advice.
Hello Therian86, 🙂
Not having sex for a week would this increase sensitivity in the prostate?
In my own experience, I think this would be unlikely. Particularly since you haven't had any results from your Aneros. What seems to make my prostate sensitive is the repeated use of my Aneros prostate massager's. Although this would increase your arousal which would increase your chances of getting some pleasurable results from your Aneros. Practicing some form of ejaculation abstinence of varied durations is sometimes necessary for some guys to get enough arousal for the Aneros to feel pleasurable.

I think both of the Aneros you have are really good ones and you don't likely need a different prostate massager. And in particular, the Progasm massages very aggresively/firmly compared to the Helix. You just need time and practice before you see results. Try to have Aneros sessions as frequently as you can. Assuming your body is ok and not sore or hurting. Make sure you are aroused going into the session. And try and stay aroused as much as possible. I recommend that you work with rubbing your nipples during your Aneros sessions as a non-penile way of stimulating yourself. It's very effective once they have woken up. Don't make any expectations of your sessions, and experiment! Also here is some good reading that may help you.

And also the Aneros WIKI has lots of good information.

Keep in mind that this is not a quick journey for some men. I've been at it for over 3.5 years now with no dry orgasmic events yet besides one mini-O several months back. Although I generally do have pleasurable sessions, which is the only thing that motivates me to keep trying. So be patient. The more frequently you practice the quicker you will see results.
Is there any positions that would more directly press my prostate against either model?
Yes. But it is different for everyone, so you have to experiment. Have you tried rocking your hips? That usually is a good way to get the Aneros more aggressively massaging your prostate. Experimentation within your Aneros session is an important aspect to finding what is pleasurable for yourself.
3. Is there a model out there like that? Also a vibrator at the very tip (not the base like so many toys) would also be great.
The Progasm is the closest to your idea of a more L shape at the tip. There are no Aneros models with vibrators built in or at the tip. As for other brands I have no idea. I haven't tried any other prostate massager's besides the Aneros ones. Keep in mind that there are some companies that are in violation of Aneros patents. So talk of some competitors products is usually not permitted here by the administrators here while litigation is ongoing. So don't be surprised if a post is deleted that mentions a different brand prostate massager.
4. I have noticed my girls g-spot toys are more of the L shape I think I might need...any guys venture down that road with good results?
I have not. So I can't enlighten you in that area. But I think that your Helix and Progasm are likely shaped just fine for your body. It's just that your prostate has not woken up yet. Anyone can feel their prostate with extremely firm pressure. But Aneros toys are about gentle massage and noticing subtle sensations that grow into extremely pleasurable events.

Be patient and learn to lose any expectations of results in your Aneros sessions. It took me a long time to get where I'm at in my journey. Hopefully it will not be as long for you. And maybe it's time to forget the instructions and just experiment with whatever feels good within your Aneros session. Let pleasurable sensations of any sort be your guide. 🙂
