Does this happen to anyone else? If I have a really good session one night, I will typically feel a little "drained" the following day. By "drained" I mean I feel slightly less energetic, less confident and a lot more vulnerable in general. By the evening I'll be feeling more or less as usual again
Am I imagining this? It's as if a good session temporarily lowers my testosterone levels for some time after. If this is so, can it be avoided in any way? I end all my session with a traditional penis orgasm, and I was wondering if that may be the cause?
yeah, I experience the same thing, a sort of lethargic (a physical tiredness and lack of "energy") it's as if I've exercised for a couple hours; even after 7 hrs of sleep, following an 1hr and 45 min aneros session that I conclude with a super ejaculatory orgasm.
I think it may be in-part to an "endorphin crash". It only lasts for a day usually. I'm not sure if there's a way to curtail the lethargic state/tiredness.
Glad to hear I'm not the only one! Yes, the endorphin crash theory also makes sense. Next time I do a session, I'll try my best not to ejaculate afterwards and see if that makes any difference. But the ejaculatory orgasms after a session are so unbelievably amazing and explosive, that maybe they're worth the "crash" the day following? I can kinda relate a bit more now to women wanting to cuddle and feel loved after sex

I too have had this. I did 2 days in a row with each session lasting about 2 hours. After the second session I got a bad cold and had a high temperature. It could be coincidence but I was also wondering if this is a common occurrence and if so, what do people do to handle this, apart from resting?
After sex "marathons", that is, with a partner, having lots of prostate orgasms over the course of 3-4 hours, followed by a massive ejaculation, I can by drained to the point of feeling weak and almost nauseous. This happened before I discovered prostate orgasms as well. But in solo sessions of 1 hour or so, plus ejaculation, I don't experience this.
