Hi can any body tell me if it is usual for the heart rate to speed up when reaching orgasm. The reason i ask is that i suffer from high blood pressure and i am on medication.I enjoy using the aneros but would have to stop if it is deemed danger

yes, your heart races as your approach the zone. i dont want you to take my advice and then have a heart attack so obviously, do research, but i see it more as a good cardio workout than forcing your heart into high reps. sex is good for you!

If I were you I would ask my doctor which I plan to do before I order an aneros.

Yes your heart beats faster as you get excited, I think its like having a good workout.
The problem for me is when I reach the Super O, my head pounds and it feels like my blood pressure is through the roof. So If you already have high blood pressure it could be a problem.
